Very happy with the professional way this company organised fitting new doors to my conservatory.

It ran like relaxed, unrushed clockwork.

NEVER order from Softview! This afternoon I returned home, and found a Softview advertising leaflet put through my letterbox!!
Now, I have a sign on the outside of the letterbox, that states; No Junk Mail, No Food Leaflets.
What part of that do their leaflet deliverers not understand???
I am so disappointed and heartbroken that, despite me putting that no junk mail on my letterbox I am still receiving Softview leaflets. I do not want to order from you, so please stop delivering your leaflets to addresses that have; ‘No Junk Mail, No Food Leaflets’.
I absolutely hate company’s that think they can do as they please, to a house that has specifically requesting NOT to receive them.
I urge anyone considering ordering anything from Softview, not to or you will be hounded by their leaflets!!!!

3rd Feb 2026, 2 men arrived from Softview bright and early. It became clear they took care in there work, even with the removal of the old inner front door, no broken glass. Then they started fitting the new door and side panel. Great care and craftsmanship was demonstrated from the constant checking with the spirt-level, to the accurate trimming of the finishing trims! I first used Softview back in 2017, and products they sell seem well made, and their installation teams still know their craft

Had to make an emergency callout to Softview and the engineer arrived just 45 minutes after placing the call. He was very polite and courteous and solved the issue straight away. Amazing customer service from the engineer and the office staff ..... Even considering I had purchased this door over 20 years ago, their service was perfect!! I would not hesitate to recommend Softview

We've just had our conservatory windows, doors and roof replaced by Softview, and are delighted. They gave a fair price, carried out the work efficiently and well, and were a pleasure to deal with. As with any major work, a few little issues arose, but they were on it and resolved them without fuss. How refreshing! Thanks Softview.

I received a text from them today saying that I subscribed to their marketing . Nope, never heard of them or even googled them, no history what so ever. Had replied STOP to them. I'm not even looking for windows, doors or similar. Where did they get my number from? Not impressed.

A very good experience. A good price given on both doors and windows with no need to haggle. A rarity. Followed by quick and efficient install times by experienced and polite workforce.

Very happy with the new french doors. Softview were able to rearranged my installation date sooner as previous doors were unusable. Doors fitted exactly as described and would highly recommend. Price was also reasonable compared to other companies.

I ordered an ultimate cosy viewing holder and it was only £10 but still they took my money sent me confirmation and still never received my goods such a scam don’t anyone buy off this site they just take your money! I ordered it December 2024 and still no goods NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 😡

I was very pleased with the service I received recently.
I was having a problem with my French door which was out of guarantee, having been fitted many years ago. I was finding that I couldn’t lock the door once I opened it and so was afraid to open it. I’d already tried a locksmith who hadn’t really resolved the problem. So I rang Softview.
Simon came and adjusted it for the price of
the call-out. He was punctual and polite and
rang me when he was on his way.
They also fitted my front door some years ago which still looks very good.

They have attended my nans property multiple times and she is very happy with the results every time ! They always make her aware of when they are coming. They always tidy up after themselves. They always leave her feeling secure and at ease.

Fantastic from start to finish, second time using them. The conservatory from 20yrs ago still looks amazing. This time a new front door that the installer did have some problems with old door fitting however problem solved and it looks amazing both from the inside and outside.

Excellent service competitive price. We had used this company previously in 2009 (very large conservatory) 2011 (new back door) 2013 (new front door) with very satisfactory results.
I needed new windows at a different property, reasonable quote and excellent service from start to finish. Windows fitted by a solo fitter who was really good. Windows have been finished perfectly no damage to interior walls which had been newly painted.

This is the third time I have used softview,the work was carried out on time,the fitters were very efficient and done a great job,the salesman and office staff were very helpful well done everyone.
