I needed to make a change on my order in a very short notice. I was going to be charged extra for duty/clearance because my order was over $800. They e-mailed me to let me know. Instead of having to pay the extra duty. They suggested I cancel the order and re-order both dresses individually and they saved me the extra shipping costs I would’ve had to pay!! Excellent customer service- very prompt with e-mails!!

I have sent several emails requesting size details for a particular dress, to order tracking help. Each one was answered promptly and helpfully. Great customer service

The customer service team were excellent when I contacted Solace London after I had a problem with my dress (this was my fault). The Support Team bent over backwards to help me. I’m looking forward to wearing my Grace maxi dress for my son’s wedding soon. Stunning dress ❤️

Ordered 2 dresses online. Super customer service after I put in the incorrect details and dresses arrived next day. What more can you ask for.

I recently bought 2 dresses from Solace London, unfortunately they were not quite right for my occassion so I had to return the items. Quality of the product is excellent and the customer service that I have received has been the best I have had from an online retailer. Communication has been both timely and effective and the returns process was seemless.

This is the first time I have bought online from Solace.
Their range of beautiful designs is amazing with so much choice of colours and styles.
I had to return a dress as it didn’t suit me and found the system easy with the refund being in my account the next day.
I would highly recommend Solace and will definitely buy from them again.

I've been waiting for a refund for more than a month now, after refusing to pay the extraordinary customs fees (thanks Brexit!). They make it clear that customs fees will be on your expense but I never expected the refund to take more than a month to be processed.
Reaching out to their customer service is absolutely useless as they keep telling me they won't do it until they receive the package from DHL. I've never even touched the order myself and I'm sure the return is insured so I have no idea why I need to wait for them to receive the order in their warehouses and have so much money locked out for more than a month.
Word of advise: think very carefully before ordering directly through them especially if you're outside the UK.

I’m based in the U.S. and Solace London has been great after DHL delivered my order to the wrong address. Over several weeks, Solace London helped me put pressure on the courier (although to no avail) and ultimately shipped me a replacement dress (which I eagerly await). Their customer service is first class - staying communicative, actually reaching out to the courier and providing me with options to remedy the issue. I cannot thank Solace London enough. They are great and I look forward to buying many more dresses from them.

I should add, I’d scoured the internet (worldwide) for the type of styles that London Solace provides and this was the only store whose designs met me dreams. This is why I went through the ordeal of shipping internationally.

A problem was identified with an item I purchased. The solution to the problem was resolved very quickly.

The dress I ordered was absolutely divine. Exceptionally made and very beautiful. Their customer service was also impeccable. Even before I bought the dress, they were helping me with measurements so as to get the perfect size sent to America. Very impressed with the brand. Will definitely buy from them again.

The kinzley maxi dress is not only beautiful but well made with quality fabrics . I ordered a size 16 (12 in Canada) and it was quite large in the top but fit perfectly from the waist down .Was fast delivery with no issues .

I payed for the dress 600 euro and for its price expected more🙃Packaging sucks and the most important I thought it was coming with gloves but they told me that it’s just for shooting and even if I want to buy in that color they aren’t selling🥲The dress I think it overpriced for the price

Had an issue with my order and let the customer service team know. They dealt with the problem and issued me a refund within less than 48 hours of contacting them. They even offered to send a new item with next day delivery. I’m so impressed with how well they handled my query.
Also, the dresses are fantastic, very flattering on the body and good quality! As we all know it’s difficult to find dresses that aren’t see through these days!

Apart from the fact that their products are beautifully designed and manufactured, their customer service is outstanding. I made a mistake and my returned items got lost during delivery. The Solace London team were extremely helpful and communicative, going beyond their own responsibility to help me locate the items and finally provide me with a refund.
