Solar NRG... a must on your roof!
We had a great experience with this company. The crew who installed the solar panels were excellent and the whole installation took them only approx. 2,5 hours.
They were very helpful and polite. In short: We are very satisfied wiht the installation but also about the working and results of our new panels.

Great communication upfront aa well as on the planned installation day (delay was as early as 0800 hours AM communicated. The team was very safety consious, working on height. The electrician was extremely cooperative in solving an issue which had not been identified earlier.

Good experience
Clear communication in advance, installers were friendly and professional. Neat and fully installed.
Only a pre-installation visit could have made the whole experience even better; now it turned out that choices had to be made on the spot, where otherwise we could have made preparations in order to do things differently.

therefor could not finisch same day.
had to come back on a saterday( 4 day's delay)
again 3.5 hours later then planned..
but otherwise.. good job..

Improve communication
Overall satisfied. Few tips for improvement:
Improve communication on delivering bricks and needed free carspace in front of house for ladder beforehand (had to reschedule due to lack of car space, took a few months before next appointment).
Improve assistants with municipality requirements/permits.

Fast and neat installation
Everything was installed fast and neatly. The system operates well, so definitely a positive experience.
The app is a bit unstable dus to network errors, but fortunately works most of the time.

Actual installation smooth and of high quality
Actual installation smooth and of high quality. Planning can be better, first appointment resulted in a no show, had to reschedule.
Aftersales does not exist, monitoring of solar system does not work and still doesn't, call for support still not answered, nobody seems to care anymore.
After contacting solarnrg after this review problem with the monitoring was repaired one week later.
