Unprofessional, unfriendly and unreasonable. Installers did not deliver as agreed. Left a lot of mess around the house and on the roof.
They use the cheapest electronics China can produce.
Yield of panels is less than it could be.

Fast and neat
Skilled workers did the job in less than 1 day. Even though they are only visible to birds, the panels are neatly aligned and the roof is left tidy.
A request for information, needed to register the panels, was handled quickly and efficiently.

Right from the start SNRG was on top of everything with the continous focus on delivering high standard
knowledge and services to a maximum extent.
Plan your work and work your plan was SNRG standard way of execution, not only during the engineering phase, but also later during the installation of the panels. The communication was always straight with everybody, very professional and with the right speed.

We got 7 solar panels installed on May…
We got 7 solar panels installed on May 30th. The installers were very good and fast doing the installation. The only thing is that they arrived 4 hours late and we were not notified in advance of the delay. The app to follow the energy production is very intuitive. We realized on the first day that 3 panels were disconnected from the app, we told sollarNRG and the problem was fixed within a day. We are overall very satisfied with the installation and the performance of the panels.
