We have used to this company for around 20 years both in our previous home and our current one. Last time they measured the windows incorrectly but as my Husband and I said anyone can make a mistake and they did correct the problem. This time it was dire. I phoned to make an appointment I was told it would be Monday then changed to today, I explained we were decorating but would work around them. Yesterday I got a phone call asking to change the appointment time to measure up by Julie to 11-12. I agreed. When no one came I phoned the shop and asked what was happening. I was told he was with me, she then quoted a different address from mine. She stated she would phone him and call me back. 15 minutes later I phoned her and was told she had no idea where he was or how long he would be. I told her to cancel we would go somewhere else. She then said "I've got to go the other phones going and I'm flying solo". She put the phone down, no goodbye. Later a man from Solar shade Blinds arrived. I explained what had happened and he said he knew nothing about it. I told him we will use a different company from now on. Great way to treat loyal customers! Thank you, Alison

I needed a spare part for a roller blind purchased from Solar Sunshades a number of years ago.
I decided to call in on the off chance and was lucky that they had the now obsolete part in stock which they supplied to me ( when they could have easily pushed to sell me a new blind)
I have always bought my blinds from here and will continue to do so.

I don't normally leave reviews good or bad but because of the excellent service received I will for Sola Shades.
As a disabled person confined to a wheelchair I needed to change my blinds for remote control ones. I am so happy I chose this company. Kenny & his team could not of been more helpful and understanding to my needs, and the blinds look great too!

Excellent al-round service from the initial contact in the office through the fitting and measurement to actual installation. Respectful, efficient, highly competent and great quality work.

Great advice from Katie and Kenny. No high pressured sales, no gimmicks -Solarshade provided a faultless service and the window blinds are top quality, well made and look fantastic. It's so reassuring to find a company willing to provide a superb service to it's customers. I can recommend Solarshade without hesitation.

Just had some blinds fitted. Easy to book in for a measure and Customer service was excellent. My blinds look fabulous and are definitely great value for money! Very professional! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Solarshade is a family run company and I have used them for over 25 years. I would not go anywhere else for my blinds.
