Solayr Ltd/Gary Crawford - Scammers carrying out unnecessary work

This Company or their representatives contacted my elderly aunt (who is registered on Telephone Preference Service and has No Cold Calling stickers on her door) and persuaded her to have unnecessary electrical work done. She was overcharged & received no paperwork to confirm that the work was done, or that the installers were qualified to do this work. I have emailed and spoken to the Director several times since and still have no response from him. I suspect he has no interest in resolving this issue.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
