We urgently required a special menu order and celebration booklet that was originally needed by Monday. However, thanks to the outstanding efficiency and dedication of the Solopress team, the completed order was delivered to us by 10:50 a.m. on Saturday morning—two days ahead of schedule.
From our very first contact, the level of professionalism was exceptional. The initial proof was produced and sent to us within just two hours, allowing the project to move forward without delay. Throughout the process, the team demonstrated remarkable patience and care, giving us every opportunity to review and amend the proof until we were completely satisfied with the final product.
Every member of staff we spoke with was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They answered all of our questions with confidence and expertise, offering valuable guidance on sizing options, paper weights, and the most suitable paper stock for our project. Their recommendations proved invaluable and demonstrated their extensive knowledge of the printing industry.
