I've never had better customer service from a business ever! Truly will go above and beyond for you. I had an issue with the delivery service, which is out of their control - and Zac sorted this out for me within a matter of minutes and saved the day for my event! Another occasion, a banner had snapped (not their fault!) and Jess sorted this and sent me a reprint within minutes too. Thank you so much.

Understood our needs
We needed some flyers printed for our missing cat for posting and distribution door-to-door, where speed was of the utmost importance. Emily helped push our order through quickly while Ellise designed a high visibility poster free of charge. Design to delivery was unbelievably quick, perhaps 18 hours. Can’t recommend enough.

Great Value and quick response
I’ve used them before, I did flyers, they arrived next day without an extra charge.
I’ve now ordered some more flyers and a roller banner, I had some resolution issues with the artwork I provided but they fixed it for £12 and promised to deliver on time as originally set up.
Great and a special thank you to Lucy Reeve who called me to go through everything on the phone and ensure the artwork was up to scratch.

Excellent service and quality
I order a lot of brochures and flyers etc from Solopress, (usually at the last minute!) Everything always arrives on time and excellent quality. Hannah C was also very helpful, highlighting artwork that wasn't quite right even though I'd already approved it, and helping with getting it delivered to where it's needed in time for the show!

Problem corrected in double quick time
I have used Solopress for years (for a festival) and have had a great experience. I had a problem with a recent order (custom sticker which was cut out wrongly). I sent in a picture via their "concerns" form and within a couple of hours they had ordered a reprint with expedited delivery. Thanks to Morgan Wenn for sorting it for me without a quibble.

Three times in elections the Z Fold was…
Three times in elections the Z Fold was wrong when instructions were clear. They need to have a person checking the orders before they leave the press. Other than that good value for money so it’s a shame the simple things they cannot get right.

A5 stapled brochures - funeral order of service
I sent artwork for a funeral order of service to be printed and just missed the deadline to have it delivered two days before the funeral. With delivery scheduled the day before the funeral, there was some anxiety in hoping there would not be any delays or issues. Emily from the customer engagement team responded to my calls and emails (of which there were a few) and put me at ease assuring me that all was on track. She even upgraded delivery to ensure it arrived by midday on the scheduled date.
I can't thank Emily and the Solopress team enough. The prints were great and most importantly my client was happy. Thanks again.
