I recommend SOLO Rent a Car in Malaga. The company provides excellent service – the staff are very friendly, helpful, and well‑organized, and the entire rental process is quick and hassle‑free. I received an almost brand‑new car, upgraded to a higher class than the one I had booked, clean and in very good technical condition, which confirms the high standard of their fleet.
It’s also worth considering full insurance – in my case, someone scratched the car during my stay, and the rental company refunded the entire deposit without any issues, which further increases the sense of safety and comfort when using SOLO’s services.

We strongly reject the version of events presented here, as it omits key facts.
During the rental, significant damage was caused to one of the tyres. As a result, a replacement vehicle was provided, which requires a new security deposit in accordance with the rental agreement. This is standard procedure in all car rental companies, regardless of insurance coverage.
After the vehicle exchange, we experienced serious difficulties contacting you regarding the rental. Multiple attempts were made via phone and email, including from our security and legal departments, without response. As a last resort and in line with contractual terms, the vehicle was immobilised. Contact was immediately re-established at that point and the car was returned.
The vehicle was returned in extremely poor condition and the situation at the office required staff to manage a very difficult interaction.
We always aim to resolve matters calmly, transparently, and professionally. Security deposits are standard practice and are clearly explained in the rental agreement.
If you wish to discuss this further in a constructive manner, we remain available via email.
