Cannot be more satisfied shopping at Soltech security. They stand 100% by what they promise. They do keep you inform of where your order is all the way until it gets to its destination. Ones you get your tracking number you can seat and wait for that package. It will arrive on time. You can shop at ease at this site. Twice I have purchased security cameras for myself and I will recommend friends and family any time. Prices are unbelievable. Quality is great. A site to really trust...*****

Order was short shipped but billed for total amount!
Ordered 2 power adapters, I was shipped order as complete and billed for two items although only received one! Tried to reach them by the number on the invoice. It has no answering voicemail identification! We left a message but as of today no one has acknowledge my call or taken ownership of the discrepancy! Additionally, I sent an email to the Soltech twice but no one has yet to respond!
