For a refurbished item, it was like brand new at a fraction of the cost. Item came with all the accessories that would normally accompany a brand new item, paperwork, instructions etc.Hooked it up and it works great! Would highly recommend and would do business with again!

Product not only arrived on time, this company sent me notices about when it would arrive (in other words while I could have followed the tracking number, they were proactive in emailing the information which altered me). This was helpful during this busy season so I could be on the look out lessening the chances that it might get stolen.
