Trouble on Website
Found it imposssible to ask a question on the web site could not find the icon Lucky for me I had an invoice saved from an item we ordered a year ago and found a phone #
Then I come to find you can not ask any Questions on the phone
But I was able t o explain my perdicament to a billing person who was able to get me the correct product # to fix my situation.
You need to make sure we can contact a human occasionaly
The new power source is working and we are greatful for that

Problem solved
After receiving extra cameras that did not work with a DVR purchased from another vendor, I contacted Soltech. Not only were their responses quick, the shipping was fast, the product worked and my problem was solved. Soltec has a new fan, me!

easy to hook-up and install
At first we weren't to sure which camera to purchase, the on line help gave us the correct ones to buy. Installation was easy (except for crawling through the overhead areas) The night vision is great as long as the night time lights are behind the camera.
