Decent company but sometime disrupted services like SMS issues. Mostly good, but I wouldn't recommend too much.

Quick & very effective customer support, and great phone service.

It's working fine for getting a number in Australia, and call fowarding internationally to another number.

They request documents after you purchase a number. It's quite a lot and invasive including passport, proof of address, but they were fast and responsive. If you choose not to verify yourself, they will refund you so that's nice.

The sontel webapp is buggy and could be vastly improved which is why I gave it 4 stars. Compared to skype or teams, the website (on phone or pc) is average. The android app is so awful I uninstalled it.

However, I don't need the webapp and for the simple need to forward a call internationally to another number, it does the job.

You customer support has been excellent, but I do have concerns regarding the voice quality.

the app is meeting its purpose smoothly. quite nice, clean minimalistic user interface. no ads first of all. calling wise, the voice quality is good, but the voice volume in the app is slightly lower, maybe they can add option to increase volume to 200X or 300X. They have highly active customer support. so your money/subscription/account is safe.

I signed up for a Sonetel account to transfer my Skype number after the advertised expiration date. It was right on the last day, so I was not sure whether the transfer would still be possible.

Annu R was very quick to respond and guided me clearly through the process. It was a real bonus that the number could still be transferred successfully.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

This company is total scam. I created an account. paid $14. They closed my account within a day after payment. Customer support is totally trash. They don't even help. Replies to the emails after hours. Never provide the service I need. No reason why my account get closed. Took all personal inof from billing addresses, utility bills, ID card, selfies etc. Also cant let me login to my account. My card is connnected still.

Did this again when I created second account becasue they told me to create new account since my first acocunt was closed. DID THE SAME THING.

Highly recommended! The service works very well and, unexpectedly, the customer service is truly outstanding. The setup process for some international virtual number services involve some time-consuming regulatory hoops to jump through, but these are obviously not Sonetel's fault. Kiran from customer support did a fantastic job, walking me patiently and efficiently through the whole process.
