Hi Kevin, thank you for your feedback. We have had a few teething problems with our delivery company, and would like to apologise for this. We have had meetings with them today and the conclusion was the courier failed to deliver on time due to unexpected issues out of our control, but we have now managed to iron out the problems going forward.
