Lily was extremely helpful when assisting and answering questions about student's artwork entry process,, parental consent forms and additional book orders. She was super friendly and knowledgeable which made the process seamless. I am very appreciative of her patience, professional during our interaction. Thank you Lily 😊

Lily was very responsive and willing to help make corrections to misspelled names for our students.

My students loved doing the Food Character Art. They had fun using their imaginations and creating silly characters. Many of them put in a great deal of effort and time. We don't always get to do art, so it was a great experience and lots of fun for them. I am glad we had the chance to participate. I can't wait to see the booklet with all their art. That will be something really cool!

Archie was very helpful with prompt and informative responses, will definitely get involved in more competitions with these guys.

I made a mistake on my 1st order. I reached out to young artist through email. Someone reached out within the next day and on the second day they fixed my order for me! It was seamless and smooth.

I reached out and heard back right from Aaliyah and she is awesome! I checked in to make sure the address I submitted was correct & to see when we would receive the order and she verified my address & let me know we would be receiving it shortly but to please be patient, as the book was shipping from the UK. It was only a few days & our book arrived, I was so surprised we received it so soon! The book itself is VERY cute and our daughter loves looking at it and seeing her artwork in a published book! Customer service here is topnotch and my only suggestion for the book is it would be great if it were also offered in a hard cover. Cheers & thank you Aaliyah!

Young Artists provides amazing customer service while inspiring our youth to grow their artistic talents and expression! Our daycare center participated in a Young Artists contest and their timely, thoughtful response, combined with received certificates, stickers, and an opportunity to publish participant work was very inspiring for our students. We are thoroughly pleased with our Young Artists experience and look forward to more in the future :)

Able to get many students to participate and be involved with the contest. Questions and concerns were addressed by email for entries being received properly. Loved seeing student entries published and encouraging other students to participate in future contest.

My experience with the Young Artists, last year my grandson was very happy when his art was picked to be in the book, I was excited myself to received the book with his art. This year I have 3 grand babies that were picked to have their arts in the book, but after returning back to school after the holidays, they didn't recieved anything for the parents to sign, February came and gone, than the first week of March they were given a note to give to the parents to register their art so it will be in the book, after receiving this notice I realized that the notice is a month late, so I called the Young Artist but they said its too late, and sorry. What should we tell our kids, Oh your art is not accepted by the place, its not their fault for this, can we use their art piece in another book.

Had to write in to express my gratitude to both Lily and Aaliyah. They worked with me on making sure my lost shipment was researched and replaced; its forthcoming. Their response time and patience have been duly noted and three big cheers to them. Hoping my kid wins and gets published in another contest in the future. Keep up the good work....thank you.

I really appreciated the help of Aaliyah in customer service. My kiddo only wanted one of his submissions to be published and they helped me to ensure the correct one was published. I appreciated that they were thorough in double checking for the correct art piece and clear communication. I'm looking forward to receiving the book. It's so special to have our young artists work celebrated like this. Thank you for inspiring my young artists.

We are loving Young Artists! The children were so excited to receive real certificates and stickers for their participation and we can't wait to see the finished book.
Communication has been fantastic- thanks Aaliyah! Even sending a physical letter to let me know which families still needed to give consent for publication (and physical letters for them to take home too). So helpful. It's not adding to my workload, and is lovely for the children.

We had an amazing experience with this art composition project! The kids absolutely loved it, and their creativity truly shined through in every piece. Parents were so pleased with the final results, and our staff was equally impressed with how engaging and well-organized everything was.

It was a wonderful collaboration from start to finish. We look forward to more exciting projects and continuing to work together in the future!
