This is a wondeful company. The quality of the shirts is top tier, I have 5 year old t shirts from merino wool which still look like new. The pricing is extremely fair.
One problem, or, what would normally be a problem, is that the sizing is sometimes a bit sloppy/inconsistent. However, due to their outstanding customer service, this has never been an issue for me. Nowadays my wardrobe consists of Zegna, LP, and son of a tailor. They're that good.

The best part is that I can reorder anytime now since they have my exact measurements.

I've ordered clothing from this company a couple of times now - initially a few years ago, and again more recently. My initial experience was pretty positive - I liked the fit, material seemed pretty good, though I noticed one relatively minor issue with the collars getting worn out / permanently wrinkled over time. The wool shirts also wore out bit faster than I would have liked, but then again I did wear them a lot.
More recently I ordered more shirts, and so far those have been good. Except that I noticed that the shirt collar of a wool shirt become very twisted / tangled after the first wash. I've never had that happen before, with SOAT or any other brand. So I figured that's okay, they offer the free remake guarantee. Except that here is where my experience with the company became pretty negative quickly. I'd never had to reach out to them for anything, but when I did, the initial response I received seemed like they completely ignored the content of my message, since they told me to go ahead and wash the shirt first (which I clearly had already done), and then they just told me that this happens with the wool shirts and basically tough luck.
I don't really care about the lost value of one shirt here, but it is pretty unsightly to have this kind of twisted-up collar, so I'm not likely to wear it much, and more so I just find it very disingenuous to market a free remake guarantee that so easily dismisses what I view as a valid issue with their product. After this experience I don't plan to purchase any more items from son of a tailor, as it's left me feeling like they don't stand by their product or their marketing claims.

They make it very easy to order. Quality is a 3/10. Its not heavy weight, the stitching is loose, the myth of being fit to your body is not realistic. If you are 70kg then all is good, if not then it doesn't work. I tried to exchange, no response now for 5 days. I have emailed 3 times and it just refers you back to a chat bot. Looks like Instagram scammers.

I’ve only bought the high neck T-shirts in a few colours so far, but they have quickly become some of my favourite pieces of clothing. I’ve honestly never been complimented so highly on a T-shirt before.
The fit is excellent. I used their Perfect Fit algorithm by entering my height and weight, and the shirts arrived perfectly sized for my body. They feel tailored without being restrictive, and the quality is beautiful.
They’re also incredibly versatile. I can wear them casually, but they also look sharp enough to wear with suits, which makes them easy to dress up or down.
It also feels good to buy from an ethical company that is helping reduce clothing waste, with pieces made to last and designed to fit properly from the start.
On top of the product itself, the customer service was amazing. They handled my query with genuine care, professionalism and a clear focus on making sure I was happy with the outcome.
This experience really sets Son of a Tailor apart. I love the products and the way they conduct their business. Highly recommend.

My experience with them was exceptional. Great customer service, fast delivery, beautiful packaging. The clothes are stunningly crafted and fit perfectly. On top of that, they offer to remake them for free if they aren't a perfect fit?! Wow, I'm truly impressed. I will be ordering many many more in the future. My best wishes to Rose who crafted the t-shirt for me!

Honestly, the best and softest tee I've ever owned.
Customer experience is literally 11/10. The custom sizing tool WORKS. And they send you the first one on bulk orders to test that.
Customer support was extremely friendly and quick.
Shipping was fast + the packaging was beautiful (and fun).

Several mistakes in custom t-shirts with zero willing to respect clients

Made to measure isn’t worth a lot if materials are thin and/or unstable.

A huge thanks to makers Claudia and Ana, my hoodie and sweatshirt are perfect. I’m an infrequent shopper so happy to find a trusted brand who cares about their product!

This was meant to be a lot different than what you can buy from the mainstream brands but after 1 wash (30 degrees delicates) the navy blue and black lost a bit of colour and look like they are 1y+ old. The cotton is quite slim.

I have struggled to find the right "out of the box" white T-shirt. I was excited that Son of a Tailor would let me order what I thought would be a great fit. Of course, that was also a fail, on my part. After sending photos of the original T-shirt to the incredible people behind the scenes who made fantastic adjustments and suggestions (ones I would have never considered), I have now found a T-shirt that fits exactly as I wish it to. Highly recommend if you've struggled to find the perfect tee.

Son of a Tailor uses high quality fabrics that feel soft and rich on your skin. The fit is unparalleled to anything you will find off the rack, and their commitment to delivering a quality product and excellent customer experience is truly best in class. I’ll never buy a t-shirt anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience with Son of a Tailor, and what stood out most was their truly outstanding customer service. From start to finish, their team was thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly attentive to detail, taking the time to understand exactly what needed to be adjusted to get the fit right. Simon and the team made the whole remake process smooth, easy, and reassuring, and I always felt genuinely cared for as a customer. The new order fits perfectly, and I could not be happier with both the product and the level of service. It is rare to find a company so committed to both quality and customer satisfaction.

One of the two shirts I ordered was made slightly too small. Not only did they replace the one shirt that was small in a larger size; they made both shirts I originally ordered again and sent me replacements. Great company, would highly recomment.

Customer service was extremely helpful throughout the process. Very responsive. I greatly appreciate their support. Hi-neck shirts fit great.

I received my first knit sweater after being an exclusive user of the HiNeck T-shirt over the past 5 years. My sweater did not fit very well, which was surprising with how well my T-shirts fit initially. The customer service team sprang into action when I reached out and took my feedback after recommending some of their own. They quickly remade the product and what do you know, the remake fits perfectly. Can’t say enough about the quality of this clothing. It is well worth the cost. The craftsmanship is the best I’ve experienced.

After I got my shirt I was not completely happy with the fit. Good thing they allow you remake a shirt. I sent in photos of me wearing the shirt and the people at sonoftailor gave me recommendations on how they would adjust the shirt measurements. I went with their recommendations and I am glad I did because the shirt fit much better than the first version. I would recommend.

The level of the company centric aproach is absolutly narcistic. First you get a sample after 2 weeks of waitin, because they don't want to have waste in factory, I don't care, you should have sample ready, if I order regular sizes, then the fit is accoriding to measures, but very strange still, some material hanging here or there. Also i had to exchange like 5 emails to get my full order, which it took two weeks. Also on the website I cannot make a return and I don't even see the prices of the items I bouhgt, and how much refund I will have for each item. This is the worst on-line store I have seen so far. Absolutly terrible. One good things, yes the fabric is very good quality, but if the garment does not fit, doesn't really change anything.
The good thing is the returns was quickly accepted and refunded.

Outstanding…
Initially their clothes might appear expensive, but they aren’t. You get what you pay for. Which in this case is great quality and fantastic value for money.
Their t-shirts are half the price of Sunspel, just as good quality and they tailor make them in your size.
My t-shirts fit beautifully and if you care for them, use cool washes, last for a few years with weekly wear.
