I called the support desk trying to trouble shoot an issue and was assured someone would send full details of how to adjust settings on my router on Monday ie yesterday and NOTHING. This is highly frustrating as I had to upgrade my iphone just to upgrade a play 1 and now I'm having to change something on my router for my connect amp? even though it's been working for years. Then you promise to send me all the details and NOTHING! I spend hours of my time trying to get your over engineered products to work! I was even told the issue is being escalated. case ref 08897338.

Worst ever customer support team you can imagine. Appallingly substandard. Don't waste your money by buying this worst product. I have a Sonos five and it stopped connecting to network and support team has no knowledge and I have been chasing them including an email to their CEO but they are completely clueless ..such a pathetic company

I had a professional install couple Sonos Amps and they are great. One is hooked up to a TV/Living room and the other one is hooked up to the ceiling speakers to the sun room and the kitchen. I love that volume can be controlled separately through Sonos app on the phone, I love their genres of music selections. Spotify is possibly, too.

I ordered a speaker from sonos and was disappointed with how difficult it was to get help when I had a setup issue. The app kept failing to connect the speaker to my wifi and customer support only sent generic troubleshooting steps instead of actually solving the problem. For a premium priced product, I expected a much smoother setup process and better support!
