Horrible courier (UPS)

Great products and competitive prices. But Sonos uses UPS as their courier, so they get only one star from me.

UPS only delivers during working hours on weekdays, and they do not specify what time of day the delivery is expected to take place. So you will have to stay home and wait the whole day.

In my case UPS sent an e-mail with an expected delivery date four days after the product was confirmed shipped from Sonos. I took the whole day off to be home for the delivery. In the evening I got an e-mail saying the delivery was delayed until the next day.
I couldn’t stay at home the next day, so I tried to change the delivery date on the UPS web page. But the web page does not work, and their customer service closes at 19:00.
So when the delivery driver called me the next day I asked him to deliver the package to my nearest pick-up point (which is over five kilometers away, even though I live really central).

The delivery driver registered the delivery as "address not found in building registry” - so the package went back to the UPS central. The last time this happened (yes, this is a normal occurrence with UPS) I had to wait a week before I could pick up the package, so I called customer service and had them register that the package should be sent to my nearest pick-up point.
One week later, twelve days after the package left Sonos, I got an e-mail telling me that I could pick up my package at the pick-up point.

There is so much hassle with UPS, they only deliver when regular people are at work, their digital spaces are not working, their status messages is hard to understand, their delivery drivers make mistakes, they have too few pick-up points, the pick-up points are business that are hard to reach and have limited opening hours, and they are incredible slow to deliver packages.

I will not shop at sonos.com until they have the option of using a good courier.

I finally get the Sonos hype

I was hesitant to buy Sonos for years because of the price. Finally tried the Beam Gen 2 and it blew my mind. Ordered a pair of Era 100s the same day and haven’t looked back. Having an absolute blast with the system.

Great sound

Bought at Costco so just had my research and son's recommendation. After some minimal help from your call center to set it up, we are very pleased with the sound quality.

All awesome but some improvements

Sound is amazing, work on syncing multiple devices via sonos app. All is perfect. Provide apple podcasts integration in alexa and sonos app. Beam 2 doesn’t give atmos feel on Netflix, hotstar, applr music too. Work on beam connectivity with 5ghz and dual band.

I am always amazed to listen but please work on said studf😊

Price match guarantee

Working with Sonos I was confident I would get the best prize and was able to purchase what I wanted when I wanted knowing their price match guarantee would apply even to their own pricing and I assumed (correctly) upcoming holiday sales. They easily and graciously refunded the sale price difference. Within a matter of days, it was in my account and I couldn't be happier with the equipment.
