Great products and very good service

Great products and very good service. One of our 4 speakers stopped working and was around 2 years old. Sonos sent out a replacement (after we sent the broken one back to them) and it was a smooth experience. We have since add sonos systems to our new house with a whole new set of speakers and plan to buy many more.

Cannot Change a Simple Email Address I no longer have

The system was working fine. The email address I had when I registered is no longer one I have, so I went to change it to my new email address. I got an error that it could not make the change. It told me to use their app. I then tried to do it on the Sonos app on my iPhone, and it got the same error message.

I chatted with support, and they said they can not change xxxxx unless I can get access to my old one, which I no longer have. They want me to do a factory reset on the system just because I do not have that email address anymore. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard! I spent thousands of dollars on a system, and nobody can help me update xxxx. This seems like a very simple thing to do. Email addresses go away all the time. This is one of the poorest designs I have ever seen

Don’t buy it!

Don’t buy it!
I have it for over two years and if it has been functioning correctly for 2 days, what’s the point?
Impossible to connect the devices correctly all together, huge problems with synchronisations!
It’s a no go !
I’m ready to give it away !!!!

Terrible user experience! Don't buy

Terrible products that always disconnect and Sonos make it extremely hard to use app. It's all restricted and walled off. Most annoying thing tho is I cannot connect the Sonos 5 to our WiFi.nit works for a bit then stops and I spend half my time trying to fix tech issues that just listening to music. They make it so difficult it's honestly not worth it. So many better options where they make it easy to use not always having issues getting onto the WiFi to use it. So strange how a company could build such bad user experience. They trying to do the apple model but doing it so bad. Also they need to let us play YouTube thru it! No wonder customers are leaving your products in droves. Do better!

Very high quality product

Very high quality product! Eas to set up and the sound quality is better than I expected. No I just need to get the mini sub woofer to finish my setup!

Changed the way we listened to music

I'd heard about Sonos through our friends, and how they loved the ease and flexibility of their listening to music. I didn't realise how great it was until we bought it for ourselves and it blew my mind!

Avoid

Purchased my system some years ago and was happy with it for a while. Having changed my internet provider and WiFi router, the system is now essentially useless. It’s absolutely impossible to reinstall.

The whole system is going in the bin and it’s going to be replaced by anyone except this lousy company.

Wonderful sound

Wonderful sound, can access controls through phones or in our case was able to pare up virgin media remote for sound levels and muting. Control of bass and treble was only available through the sonos app on the phones. But if advice make sure you download the app first. The sound bar is neat and easy to use. Sound quality is great. Would recommend it to all

The Incredible Sonos Arc Ultra Soundbar

I've had the Sonos Arc for a few weeks now, and it's hands-down the best home theatre investment I've ever made. The sound quality is phenomenal. Dialogue is crystal clear thanks to the center "treble" speaker, and... when the action ramps up, the wide soundstage and upward-firing drivers create a truly, immersive Dolby/Atmos experience. You honestly feel like you are sitting in a premium movie theatre. The sleek, premium design of the unit is strikingly gorgeous. I highly recommend this multi-speaker receiver setup. It's a breeze to install and you don't need to be a technician to succeed.
