I clicked on recover password
I clicked on recover password and from email account I clicked on change password. Taken back to Soundreef and entered new password. Taken to login and entered email address and password only to be told username/password not recognised.
Cleared history and cache and tried again to get exact same result.

Disappointed is an understatement
It takes them too long to answer one email about basic requests, like the percentage of a song and how it's divided between rights holders. Also, there are always mistakes made on their side, either by not registering the information correctly or missing out on the uploads, ISRC, etc., and you have to constantly check and review what you actually submitted because it will be different from what it should be.
I had high hopes for this company, not anymore. I am deeply disappointed in Soundreef. Honestly, if you can't do your job, change your business...
Now I have to wait another 9 months to actually be able to change collecting agencies.

Im sick of this company!
They won't pay out and keep saying I need to send them an invoice when they are the ones using my music!
I get no instruction on what they want in the invoice and it just gets rejected without reason.
Also I have demanded they take down all my releases because I no longer trust them... they ignore my requests and won't confirm.
This company should also be investigated for tax fraud due to the amount they are taking of artists.
If this carries on I will be taking legal action!

SoundReef are shady!!!!!
I've been a label representative working with Soundreef for many years now.
They started out ok but over the past few years things have taken a turn for the worse!
Earnings have taken a complete dive and they have now stated taking a 30% cut from all earnings due to tax!
This is totally unacceptable!
I am currently in talks with out label team to take down all our tracks and cancel our relationship with Soundreef.
I do hope that someone does an audit on this company because taking 30% due to "tax" is very shady!!
I would also like to add that SoundReef are now demanding you send them an invoice for the amount they owe you lol... this is THEIR job NOT ours!!!
Getting customers to dance through hoops just to get paid is just pathetic!
I have now terminated and withdrawn all our labels releases due to this pathetic pen pushing policy
Use this company at your own risk!
