Ordered a Rockhoper, great priced bike at about 4.30 on a Wednesday. Email to check weight at 7.30pm
Phone call at about 10.30 Thursday to check I'd be in between 5 to 7pm
Bike delivered by South Down Bikes, not a delivery agent.
Fully set up and suspension tuned for my weight at 5.10pm, 25 hrs after ordering.
Fantastic bike. Very pleased with Service and price.

Perfectly brilliant !
Martin was so friendly and helpful as were the entire staff at Storrington. I've called in many times over the years but the store is some distance from where I live so I used to shop more locally.
Not anymore. Southdown Bikes is firmly my favourite bike shop now.

Limited edition dry robe.
I fell in love with the new multi coloured dry robe. The dry robe company had run out of stock and as they were a limited edition they suggested I check their outlets. I managed to find one in my size at Southdown bikes. I ordered online and they were £10 cheaper than Dryrobe company with free postage!! I am extremely happy. Great customer service too.

NEVER USE SOUTH DOWNS BIKES
NEVER USE SOUTH DOWNS BIKES! As a seasoned rider I have used many bike companies over the years but this one should not be allowed to trade. I ordered a Levo remote from them online. They put the incorrect delivery address which unknowing to me meant it arrived at my neighbour who returned the parcel to sender. Over a period of a month and countless attempts to get this corrected and a new one issued or refunded the manager ceased correspondence. Terrible customer service and now I am out of pocket ans still need the part. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. To clarify the situation: when you informed us that the original delivery had gone to your neighbour, we immediately offered to send out a replacement while the first parcel was still with them. You later advised us that the original item had been returned to us, and as soon as it arrived back on 3rd October, we issued a full refund that same day.
We appreciate that this was a frustrating situation, but we did work to resolve it as quickly as possible once the item was returned. If you still require the part, we’re more than happy to assist in finding an alternative or checking availability again.
