Not trustworthy, items not made or sent from where they say.
They come across as a firm based in the USA and claim the items in this case a solid perfume was made in the USA and would be sent from Florida. Well it's fake, even the tracking they send you is made to look like it's coming from the USA, but in reality it's made in China and sent from China. When you try to ask for a refund they want you to pay for the return and will offer you some small compensation. You do get the item, but it's not made in the USA so if you are willing to risk it, at least they send the items.
