Got the baby monitor a few weeks ago and we are very happy with it. Camera is wide and video quality is great. SoyMomo offers an adjustable camera and zoom, better video quality and more stable connection. It also looks cute and our baby likes it.

Coming from Philips Avent HD we were frustrated with the quality of the video, instable/lost of connection through walls, fixed position of the camera and no zoom features plus an annoying light that would catch the baby's attention when we were trying to make them sleep.

SoyMomo works much better and I would recommend this product to my friends.

I face an issue with my momo space 2.0, I haven't use it in a year, because was heavy for my kid, nevertheless on last Friday I charge it and as soon I connected it screen torn on, at next day still was on, and I find out Momo don't start properly, so I pressed side button for 20 seconds maybe and turn off the screen then vibrate, and turn on the scree as same way when it was charging and get stuck there.

Momo was willing to replace it, and do whatever was in their hand to assit me, I'm very happy with their service.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service

We purchased this baby monitor approximately a year ago. In less than a year, the reception stopped working, the sound ceased, and there was constant static noise and the battery doesnt work anymore. Despite reaching out to customer service via email and WhatsApp, we received minimal to no response. To make matters worse, we were expected to cover the shipping costs to Spain for repairs, even though the product was still under warranty. This entire experience has been a disaster. We will never order from here again and cannot in good conscience recommend their products. It's truly unfortunate since we were initially satisfied with the product.
