Impeccable service! Easy to order online, followed by email and phone call confirmation. Speedy delivery - wonderful to be given a two hour time slot. Very friendly and efficient delivery service, with advice given and the old appliance taken away (for a small fee - booked on ordering). Thank you very much - we would highly recommend Sparkworld.

A complete lack of desire to actually sell anything…
Popped in to the Heathfield showroom on Saturday and despite there being a much higher staff to customer ratio, were completely ignored.
We spent a bit of time looking at different built in appliances, looking up details about them from your website on our phones to see the different options/specs - but what caused us to finally give up and leave was when one of your team moved us out of the way to show their customers the products we were looking at.
This wouldn’t normally be a problem, but the complete lack of any sort of awareness from your team or offer to get someone to help us while they continued with their sale was astounding.
Thank you for letting me see some of the products in person however, it was useful for when I ordered it all from Hughes and Currys on the way home, albeit some items at more expensive/delivery costs etc. in total you lost out on a sale of Neff integrated goods worth £3500 (induction hob, dishwasher, single oven, fridge freezer and hood).

I recently purchased an AEG dryer from Sparkworld and couldn’t be happier with the service. The website was easy to navigate, and the price was very competitive. Delivery was only 4 days — they gave me a 2-hour window. They took away the packaging. Highly recommend for anyone looking for appliances!
