Only try them if you're bored with life and want extra complications
I ordered a Waterlux Designa bathtub from their website, simple model, nothing fancy. I chose this supplier as they mentioned they deliver fast (max 5 working days). The order confirmation comes, with estimated delivery on Feb 6th, so I hire the VVS to install it. I get an email where they postpone the delivery to Feb 10th, I reschedule the VVS. On Feb 10th, I make arrangements to be at home and receive the package, there was no delivery. I wait for a week (as my VVS was now in vacation). Since there was no update, I contact customer support, they say they are sending it the next day. Next day (Feb 18th) I get an update, the delivery is sent, and I am told I will receive an email or sms one day before it arrives at my address, and that I need to be home. Today it is February 24th 2026, I get a call from the driver that he is at my door. I did not get notified about the delivery, so I am not home. The driver is in a rush and just says if I'm not home then he will leave, while I frantically try to find a solution.
An unpleasant experience, causing extra effort and stress. I'll avoid them in the future.
