Scammer, BIOS password, dead USB/USB-C ports, Wi-Fi not working

I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 10 from Speciale Pc’s (via Marktplaats shipping). The laptop arrived not as described: it prompts for a BIOS/supervisor password that was not mentioned in the advertisement, and the seller says they don’t know it.
On top of that, none of the ports work (USB and USB-C) — I can’t even connect a mouse or keyboard — and Wi-Fi is not working either. I contacted the seller to resolve this, but communication and willingness to help were disappointing. I would not recommend based on my experience.
