I was made to feel very welcome by the person on the reception desk. I was made to feel at ease by the optician who did my eye test and explained what each test was.I was then shown by another member of staff the great range of glasses that Specsavers offer and prices to suit everyone. The member of staff helped me to choose glasses that suited my face. The customer service is first class. I would recommend Specsavers to everyone.
