A Happy and Valued Customer
I was very happy with the clear and detailed explanations given by the audiologist Angus and by Vanessa. Angus took time to explain the new hearing aids to me. Vanessa showed me how to maintain them. On both counts, I felt valued.

Great service at the Lakeland Specsavers clinic
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The retinal photograph was explained thoroughly and how it could change in the future with my recent diabetes diagnosis. I was not pressured into buying new glasses when there was only a very minor change in the sight one of my eyes.

The we had an appointment at 3.55 and they left us sit tgrrr for 45 minutes as they had forgotten us totally rude spoke to 2 team and they still left us sit there

Very friendly staff and highly professional optometrists , I’ve been to other places for glasses in the past and it has cost me at least four times the money for the glasses I chose. They also didn’t seem to have as big a selection to choose from. I highly recommend Specsavers Leopold.
