The order went missing and zero…
The order went missing and zero explanation has been given to me other than "a lot of things can go wrong with deliveries". Pretty poor after sales service when I rely on this timely delivery. I had to chase up the order/delivery, if I didn't no one at your end would have cared.

Glasses orders usually take between 7 -10 working days to be delivered and if your glasses arrive before this time, a member of staff will notify you that they are ready for collection. In future, for an update with your order, I would recommend reaching out to your local store if you placed your order in store, or by giving 1800 074 171 a call if you ordered online.

Friendly professional service
Specsavers Weston Creek provided excellent service, with Rosa providing a thorough eye exam, resulting in an accurate prescription. At collection, Tandin helped ensure the frame was a perfect fit with excellent attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner. I appreciate the offer of after-sales adjustment as the glasses bed down. Excellent staff, great team there - I have already recommended them to others.

I have never been to Specsavers before
I have never been to Specsavers before, but went to them because I was having trouble with dry eye disease.Mimi,the otician was excellent and explained everything to me,and booked me in for the therapy straight after having my eye test.She also arranged an eye pressure test for me. I left Specsavers feeling totally reassured that their therapy for dry eye disease would greatl improve my vision.Not only that,they sold me 2 pairs for the price of 1, so my 2 pair are trifocal sunglasses polarized. I was super impressed. I went to Specsavers as I had a bad experience with another optician.I highly recommend Specsavers.

Had a very sore eye and was able to be seen straight away at Specsavers Sylvania. Joanne made me feel reassured and fitted me in for my red eye
Michelle the optometrist gave me a thorough examination of my sore eye and then gave me prescription which cleared up my sore eye! Thank you

Ophthalmologist and staff members though I am disappointed that Specsavers forces everyone to buy frames. If someone has the frames he/she does not need to buy new frames.
