Being disabled, it’s difficult to manage such visits. But everyone was so kind and caring towards me. Thank you to all concerned. Examination is second to none. Cost and choice of frames etc. very reasonable

Efficient, courteous staff and thoroughly satisfied

The staff were very courteous, and the wait time was short. The eye exam was thorough, and I was able to find glasses which were affordable and which I am pleased with. They were efficient in following through with a referral to a specialist. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend them.

Treated very professionally and had a very thorough examination. The staff particularly Jaz who didn’t hurry me.Courtney was excellent,there was no hard sell and I felt very comfortable- Courtney took me through all the options and was very patient. Such an asset to your company. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Specsavers are great.

Really pleased with my visit to Specsavers. All staff were very personable and genuinely willing to help. My prescription changed so I was pleased I could choose new glasses. Got new frames and lenses at really reasonable prices. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Incorrect prescription?

Having been a Specsavers customer for several years I have returned annually for my prescription check up. On collection of my glasses this year I could not read the sample handed to me by the assistant. Her reaction was to persevere as they were new. I literally could not focus and realised the lens were either not mine or were an incorrect prescription. I had no option but to request a refund and continued with my previous year's glasses which were perfect. I was surprised at the ease in which the Manager agreed with my request without speaking to me personally. Not the usual experience I have received in the past.

Extras you can't see, even with specs

I ordered a pair of glasses,and after 7 days of not hearing back from them, I went to the site and saw a message, that due to my lens being outside, what they call their usual lenses, I would have to pay an extra £30 to get them, I had no idea, they had not sent me an email to confirm this, or cancel my order, just a message on their site, as I needed these glasses now, I have paid the extra, but will never ever use these rip off cowboys again.

Thank you for your response, but I don't use any of those platforms, but you do have my email!
Update, today the 29th April I recieved an email to say that the glasses I ordered are now discontinued, so my first feeling about this company are correct, they are a bunch of cowboy con artists!
