As a makeup artist I love using my spectrum brushes! They are well make and hold up really well. I love how easily they make application and blending. They hold up well through cleaning and I love all the fun different collections and designs they have.

I understand pre black friday sales are happening, but I've emailed twice now and have heard nothing.
Still waiting for my order to be dispatched, a little disappointing.
I think it's awful that no one replies to emails!

The website’s easy to use, delivery’s fast, and everything comes packaged beautifully – never had a single item damaged! Spectrum just knows how to make makeup fun and a little extra special. They have the slowest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what’s going on on their end, but I placed my first order and it shipped on 11/01, and reached out this week as the tracking had not updated. Their automated email response said they would get back to me within 48 hours, which was not true, and when they finally did respond days later, they said my package was lost and asked if I wanted a replacement. I have been going back and forth with them trying to get the replacement order set in and it’s now one week since my first package shipped, and the replacement order has not been placed yet as the customer service has not gotten back to me. I wanted to use these in a wedding in two weeks and thought that placing my order over three weeks before the wedding was early enough, but apparently not. May only purchase their products from Ulta if I ever buy them again.

I ordered my brushes that arrive quickly and in nice packing. The quality is really nice and brushes are soft that get the job done perfectly. I love the quality and designs of the brushes.
