Love Spindle by Sisters - they go over and beyond in terms of customer service. Have bought from them on multiple occasions and love the range they over, their ethics, and its a bonus that they are Midlands based (so sort of supporting local!!).

I absolutely adore this shop. Customer service is so exceptional - they are so devoted that they'll field so many questions via socials to find you the thing you most want. Always going above and beyond! Cannot fault, and just wish I could support more. The quality of goods is also exceptional, have never been disappointed. 15/10 just amazing.

Spindlebysisters are awesome! They are my go to for buying presents for family and friends in the UK from abroad. The products are so beautifully made by real people who are fairly paid for their craft. When i order they write my messages to family in the cards and things are always delivered quickly.

I have been buying from this site most months over the last 18 months. Products are superb, and service is always perfect.I cannot fault them-I just buy every month!!!

The item arrived in good condition and in good time, but it didn't look quite like the one I ordered. The pattern looked different. I am bit disappointed but it is still a lovely keffiyeh which I will keep and wear with pride.
