We bought our very first caravan this weekend after a long time thinking it over.
Richard Bulmer was excellent with his calm & measured advice, from our first look at the caravan to the after sales support. His reassurance & advice helped us find a great towing course that was invaluable as first time towers.
We had a very thorough & informative hand over with Alan Rumney on Saturday and went straight off on our first adventure. Alan’s explanation of the caravan inside & out enabled us to have a successful first set up - without this we would have struggled.
After our first weekend away in the caravan, we are so happy with our purchase & the support we had from the staff at the Spinney.
I also would like to mention the lady in the accessory shop who was very helpful too but I unfortunately don’t have her name to include here.

Have bought 3 motorhomes over the last 15 years from Ray. He is helpful , honest , tries to ensure money is well spent and areas you can save on.

I gave Spinney Warwickshire a 5 star review back in early summer when I purchased a caravan from them. Unfortunately, however good the caravan was, it proved too restrictive with our dog necessitating a further visit to the Warwickshire site to see if they had a larger vehicle. They did.
On this occasion Richard, who we dealt with before, was not available but the whole process was handled very well by Brian Shanley who went the extra mile to get the deal done in a very customer focused way.
The hand over by Alan Rumney was as thorough and informative as before.
The overall experience was very positive, indicating my previous experience was not a one off but the standard of customer service Spinney Warwickshire strive to deliver.

Great staff very helpful good value product

We traded in our motorhome for a new campervan at Spinney Warwickshire . They gave us a competitive price for our motorhome Alan gave us a great service when buying the new van and not pushy at all. Also shout out to the other Alan who did the handover with us , very knowledgeable and we feel confident we know what we are doing . Hopefully we continue to enjoy this service going forward.

We ordered the caravan new on the assumption it was in stock and we left a deposit. Later told long delivery date of 6 weeks we had a couple of issues with the new van, we lost all power, after sales told us to "Google" the answer when we asked a question. We have since been waiting several weeks for warranty parts with no communication whatsoever. So we have just chased them up. Selling caravans is one thing but servicing customers is another. When you buy a caravan you need good after sales support, unfortunately they just don't provide it in our experience.

They did not push you to buy anything but there when we wanted to buy something

Spinney Warwickshire - Brain Shanley was brilliant from start to finish. Allowed us time to sit and view even though it was close to closing time. When there was a slight issue with miscommunication with a 3rd party, Brian stepped up and sorted the issue 5 stars.
Alan was very knowledgable and honest with his handover. We both learnt about the veloswing towbar….

This is our 2nd time buying from Warwick site and we cant recommend it enough.

My frustration has been in waiting for a reasonable response and feedback when waiting for parts. The lack of communication, difficulty in getting through to actually speak to someone tells me that there is a gap in the service and maintenance department. When you do speak to someone they are pleasant enough albeit that they have no clear answers.” Just call back in 6 weeks”

Spoke with some really helpful staff and my Campervan was delivered exceptionally quickly! They went out of their way to help me. Campervan was spotless when delivered - inside and out. Helpful handover video - for general working of things. Bit more detail on other things would be great. Gave 4 stars as no electric hook up lead put into van, as promised and no oven shelf or booklets on how it works - but they were very apologetic and super quick to post these out to me (altho shelf they sent was too big for oven, door wouldn’t close) but happy overall with the service. Dealt with them when selling a previous motorhome - exceptionally quick and easy, no messing around service then.

Simon made us feel comfortable and talked us through everything. When we picked up our motor home up he went out of his way to show us how to use it. Can’t complain about anything.
