The sales and service staff were extremely helpful.I had a couple of issues with the camper van which the service manager took control of and sorted out swiftly without me having to do any chasing up.

From placing our order, being kept informed throughout and a thorough handover we couldn’t have asked for more. Must also mention Gareth who did an amazing deal on the awning.

My visit to Spinney caravans Rushden
Starting with with my initial visit, I was asked if I was ok but then left to browse the caravan stock, no preasure selling, which is good.
When I had decided to buy the salesman James Riley was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had answers to all my questions, which were many. He guided me through the buying process at a pace which suited us all. Many thanks for his help.
On the day of handover I was introduced to Dave (l cannot remember his surname).
Dave explained all the parts and operational processes associated with the caravan. Again very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. I found this very useful, even though this is not my first caravan.
I did purchase some accessories and also found the guys in that area very helpful.
All in all a very pleasant and extremely good process by all the staff members I came into contact with.
My thanks to all involved and wish them continued success.

< caravan was booked in for warranty repairs.The receptionist at the Northamtpon branch in Rushden were really helpful and i was kept informed of all circumstances.Suffice to say not only was the work carried out in a timely manner but the front of my van was also washed where it had been covered in mud when travelling to Rushden.All the staff were very polite and helpful and it felt as though i really mattered to them to have an good experience which i did.Thank you to all at Rushden and the receprion staff in particular.

Having reviewed the details of your order, the caravan purchased included the Xcel Pack, which provides additional features such as self-levelling and a solar panel. Unfortunately, this pack does not include air conditioning, and it appears that this may be where some confusion has arisen.
Your caravan was originally purchased through our Cheshire branch at the NEC show. However, as you requested to collect the vehicle from our Northamptonshire branch, the communication regarding the order and collection was subsequently handled by Konrad at that location to ensure a smooth handover.
We are sorry to hear that you feel you were misled, as this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Our team always strives to ensure that specifications and optional packs are clearly explained, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding during the sales process.

Caravan purchase and handover
We recently exchanged our caravan for a newer one with Spinney Warwickshire. It was a smooth process throughout. Richard (Sales) and Gary (Handover) looked after us exceptionally well throughout and arranged the transfer of our chosen 'van from Spinney Staffordshire (who were also great). All the features of the new 'van were explained thoroughly before we left.

Our brand new bailey alicanto evora
We have bought a brand new bailey alicanto evora and we had very good customer service. Connor was a star nothing was too much trouble and he even answered me on his day off bless him. We also was given a very good handover when we collected our van we was shown around everything on it how it worked.

Overall good to deal with
Overall good to deal with, we went to collect but brand new camper not to spec despite being on site for some time, as it had not been checked correctly. They sorted it and an issue we spotted pronto, delivering the next day. We will see what after sales is like in the near future.

Good experience
The sales team were knowledgeable and the motorhome is perfect. My only quibble is that we agreed a part ex price but later we were informed that there was some damp in the van and therefore it cost us an additional 1k. I think it would be better if figures weren’t discussed until part ex vehicles were valued properly.
