Excellent service
We recently purchased our caravan from Spinney and received excellent service from start to finish. All work that was agreed with Alan was carried out exactly as promised, and the caravan was extremely well presented for handover.
Alan provided a thorough and professional handover, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring we were completely comfortable before leaving. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Whenever we phoned up with queries, every member of staff was helpful, friendly, and more than willing to assist. The customer service throughout has been outstanding.
We would highly recommend Spinney to anyone looking to purchase a caravan.

Excellent service
My husband and I went for "a look" at Spinney, having never owned a motorhome. On arrival at Spinney Silverdale Staffs, we were approached by Will who asked if we needed help. We told him we were just looking and were told to give him a shout when we were ready. We found a M/H we liked and Will then spent 2 hours with us explaining things in the M/H and in general, and answering our questions. We left & after finding storage, decided to buy. Will was courteous, friendly and very professional on all three occasions we spoke, and explained everything to us in easy detail. On collection day Andy was also friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He went through the details of our van in easy to understand terms, left us alone for a short while and then came back to see if we had more questions. Spinney sorted new owners at DVLA and taxed the vehicle, as we had sorted the insurance we happily drove away without any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Spinney if we had any post sale problems but so far no issues and hopefully many years happy travelling!

Have just bought our motorhome from the spinney flintshire deaing with SIMON who has been brilliant and gave us a good deal with a trade in for our caravan...
We had handover on the 28 january collection 01 february...
Handover was a disgrace....single mattres x2 riuned where stuff has been placed on them black stains and dirt.....cooker not cleaned...fridge not cleaned....microvewave not cleaned...SIMON said he cleaned carpets as they were black and dirty....
CLIVE as always did his best to help and say sorry and expain all the workings....Thankyou CLIVE...
At home the next morning went into motorhome to find floor wet due to leak from skylight....Phoned Simon...can you bring in tomorrow...yes thankyou...
Took in next day waited 4 hours to tell replaced seal and fixed...
Next day floor wet still leaking....
Took back on monday to discover skylight is damaged...
Have spoke with Charlotte [service manager]and made my complaints....
have been promised new mattres x2...new bin which is missing and new skylight..
My dealings with the SPINNEY FLINTSHIRE were Katy Davies on reception has been brilliant EMMA in the shop is a credit to the company...Simon who was our salesman has been exptional and realy helpfull..
WHY was our Motorhome not had a valet and a full PDI which you would expect from such a big company...
I hope the promise to replace items and fit will be kept..

Great Customer Service
Throughout the whole process of buying a new caravan and part-exchanging our old van the people at Spinney Rushden have been extremely helpful and supportive. Much of our contact was with Connor who answered questions or took forward queries even outside of normal opening hours. During the handover we were thoroughly guided through the van and where we found a snag it was resolved quickly. As a result we left with a new van that fully met our needs and expectations. Thanks to all at Spinney and I look forward to bringing our new van in for its annual service.

Seamless experience
The whole buying experience was seamless: ordering was simple, delivery was exactly as expected and we were kept up to date with progress. Collection was great; when we arrived the outfit was hooked up to EHU and all the services working. We were given a coffee whilst we looked around and checked all was well. A technician came immediately to adjust a cupboard hinge and replace a missing screw. Barry Ansell was particularly helpful, but all the staff we met were cheerful and helpful. Many thanks!

Everyone we met was friendly professional and polite. We had to go back due to technical issue but Steve sorted it out and helped with further information.

We had been searching for a caravan…
We had been searching for a caravan suitable for our family of six, and the Coachman 860 Xcel was exactly what we were looking for. Luckily, just before Christmas, we found one advertised at Spinney in Northampton and visited on the very first day they reopened.
From the moment we arrived, we dealt with Matt, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and clearly knew his stuff. The sale was agreed there and then, and the whole experience was straightforward and stress-free. I honestly can’t believe we hadn’t used Spinney before, especially as we’re not local to the area.
As Spinney has several branches, they kindly offered to deliver the caravan to Flintshire free of charge, which was a huge help. This will now be our local branch for future servicing. When we collected the caravan, it was spotless and in excellent condition. A big thank you to Clive, who spent a good 30–60 minutes going through all the controls with us, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly, and also checking that our car was compatible to tow the new caravan.
We couldn’t fault the service at all. The website was also very easy to use, making it simple to view layouts and specifications beforehand. Overall, the customer service, friendly atmosphere, and prompt, professional approach were outstanding.
We would highly recommend Spinney to anyone looking to buy a caravan. Thank you so much, we’re absolutely delighted.
