Incompetent beyond belief
Whilst dealing with a warranty repair they put six holes in the outer skin of my caravan which they then attempted to conceal with mastic. Even the cover up was crap. You will be unsurprised to learn I wasn’t happy with them, so when the caravan was due a service I went back to my old dealer who identified the problem. To be fair they did agree to repair it and at my insistence the repair was carried out at a different branch where at least they did appear to know what they were doing. I’ll leave you to decide whether or not to entrust your caravan to them. I certainly won’t be! Incompetent doesn’t even begin to cover it. Oh and don’t bother writing to their MD, Charlie Holland. He doesn’t reply. Bailey tell me they have high regard for Spinney. Personally I am somewhat less impressed.

Your complaint from August 2025 was raised with our Managing Director, Charlie Holland, and was subsequently handled by our Customer Relations Manager in accordance with our formal complaints procedure, which is available on our website.
Following your concerns, we arranged for the necessary repairs to be completed at your preferred location in Staffordshire. We understand that after this you advised that you had sent a further letter outlining additional points. At present, our Customer Relations Manager has not received this correspondence.
As discussed, once you return from your trip you will provide a copy of the letter along with the tracking details so that we can review the contents and ensure any remaining concerns are fully addressed.
We regret that your original warranty repair experience did not meet your expectations. However, we did work with you to arrange the repair to be completed at an alternative branch as requested, and we remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues once the additional correspondence has been received.
Selling back to them very poor!
Bought a Motorhome 18 months ago, needed to sell for personal reasons, called into Rushden Branch Monday morning and was told the person was busy who I spoke to but he would ring back pm, No! call. telephoned the next morning spoke to the same person who told me he hadn't had time to call he did then send an offer which was lower than 2 other companies. Spinney are very good when buying but hopeless when selling back to them. It was almost as if we hadn't purchased it from them.

Needing a battery charger for our…
Needing a battery charger for our caravan whilst on holiday I rang the Spinney to see if they had one in stock . The lady was so helpful and put one aside for us . On arrival there it was brought out for us . The workshop manager adapted the wire and explained everything . All very reassuring . Thank you, highly recommended

We collected our first caravan
We collected our first caravan. Dave was brilliant talking Andrew through the accessories, how to connect the van to the car etc. Connor and the rest of the team where a great help advising me on accessories etc.

Massive thanks to Simon,excellent service from start to finish,nothing too much trouble and after a little bit of haggling great price too all the extras we asked for ready on collection day and already in the van oh and great coffee too.
Good advise as it’s our fist caravan from a motorhome.
Kept up-to date with collection day etc
Collection day was easy whilst Simon sorted out paperwork we were handed over to Clive lovely chap again nothing too much trouble,attaching number plate etc even helped us put our front tow cover on,showed how all the bits worked,double checked all our various fixtures and fittings were present thanks Clive.

The Spinney Warwickshire gave us a seamless buying experience from start finish! Our first visit was with Richard in late December, he makes a smashing coffee by the way! High praise to Brian and all the team we could not of asked for more. By the time hand over came around we felt like one of the family. Many thanks to Alan, Richard, Gary and all of the members of staff at the Warwickshire dealership, we will miss our visits and the football banter.
