Horrible experience with this company! I bought a custom birthday card a month in advance. I was assured that it was shipped out and that it would arrive even though it was slightly delayed. I purchased the card in July 2024 and I still have not received it! Thankfully I paid on PayPal which refunded me. I tried several times to contact the seller which stopped responding after my 2nd email.

Part of delivery missing, no response
Ordered three canvas prints, two arrived (and yes, I like them a lot) but the third didn't despite being on the invoice and delivery note. There was no response to multiple emails til I put a review on their website -immediately contacted to say the issue would be rectified but nothing since and no response to my follow up email.
