I really trust splendia, I enjoy watching hotels from splendias pictures,
I also enjoy the club rewards and the way booking is being made via splendia. Though , some times I can't use splendia because I can't find the hotels I want , or the rewards are less than the money I save at other sites.
I think splendia needs new hotels and sometimes to have the best price.

Since using splendia last year...they are the only company I would use now...as there accomadtion is splendid :) you can book ANYTHING ...cheap or expensive ..it doesn't matter what you can afford...and you will be surprised! With luxury touches to the complete character accomadation! We stayed in the convent in Costa brava..so sweet! .....a tad of communication trouble as I do not speak any language other than English, but apart from that, they are very nice and I simply trust them like no other! Kay

Splendia has a great short selection of boutique hotels inmost cities and at very fair prices plus the upgrade and drink at arrival actually works.

I always book the hotels on splendia because the hotel selection is very good and the reviews are trustable. the price range is very appropriate for my budget and the hotels are luxurious yet boutique, which makes it perfect for my taste. the customer service is the best i have ever seen and the benefits they provide are advantageous.

Do not use Splendia if you are looking for a reliable and stress free evening. I drove four hours to Washington DC only to arrive at my hotel and find that Splendia had cancelled my room several days prior. I had called the hotel when I made the reservation and they confirmed that they had received Splendia's order and that my room was reserved. When I arrived, they said that they had just received a fax from Splendia ordering a cancellation of the room- no explanation, but with a possible suggestion that Splendia had recently changed the currency they use. Splendia did NOT contact me ONCE regarding the CANCELLATION of my reservation.
So, I spent the next hour frantically calling every hotel with outrageously high rates on a Saturday night because Splendia was careless.
Do not use this company, it is worth shelling out a little more money to reserve a room through the hotel itself.

I'm definitely a Type A personality - I do my research in depth to make sure I get the best deals on the best resorts. I reside in the US and Splendia is not well known here, however, after extensive research, it's absolutely the best deal. I found Splendia through TripAdvisor and have heard great reviews from others using TripAdvisor. The second biggest deciding factor for my fiancé and myself to use Splendia was the customer service. They were more prompt than any other hotel discount site and provided a more customized experience. Thank you Splendia for making our honeymoon booking so stress free and easy!

I have booked a hotel via Slendia.com. In 1 minute time I have received a confirmation of my booking. In 10 minutes time manager from the hotel contact me and informed me that unfortunately it is no rooms available. Most definitely it is inconvenient situation for everybody. But I ended up in argumentation between Splendia.com and Bella Luce hotel in Guernsey. It is not the place to start of your holiday!

On the top of that, lady from Splendia.com, called Kristen, promised to send me email, that it was hotel's fault, but never did. I have tried to contact her with no luck.

Limited range of excellent hotels reduces dramatically the time consumed to selecting the right place to stay. Webpage and online reservation are clear and intuitive - found very convenient to use. Welcome gift upon arrival to the hotel was a nice surprise after long travel. All in all, I will definitely use your professional services in the future and trust guest reviews.

This is a perfect website if you want to have a good choice of high quality of hotels all over the world. I have used Splendia for a couple of years and I have never been disapointed. They have excelent service and top quality website.

Splendia is a good site for finding hotels. Sometimes the variety of hotels could be better in sense of having more choice. I would also prefer to have a better preview of hotel rooms because sometimes the pictures of rooms are not quite good or elaborate. However, my overall experience is good and I have started using this page more and more.....

On 23 April, my partner and I arrived at the Hotel de las Letras in Madrid, a Splendia Hotel with glowing reviews. We found a very over priced youth hostel! Small, cramped rooms. Rude and unhelpful staff. Cheap furniture, and worse, linens and bathrooms that should have been replaced ages ago. The room and hotel were so bad we forfeited the Euros 250 per night and went to a much better hotel.

Splendia sent me a request to rate this hotel experience. I rated it, same as above - and never heard a word from Splendia.

I started travelling overseas regularly around 5 years ago and was referred to Splendia by a friend when I expressed the need for good accommodation in London. I used the site then and had no difficulty in making a selection from the great range of hotels they had available. Upon checking into the hotel for the first time I received an upgrade to a suite. Since then I have used Splendia many times for accommodation in Barcelona, Milan, New York, LA, Washington,Mexico City, Budapest, Beijing, Bali, Prague, Paris and in my home country Australia. Without exception I have received great service via the online site (and been able to make changes without significant hassle) as well as enjoying the hotels themselves and the reasonable pricing.

i always booked Hotels from splendia because the choice is very fantastic Hotel,very nice pictures, one Thing i really love is splendia always tell me how big is the room in the Hotels they have ...this is great ..only 10% deposit also great Thing i love..become a member also GREAT in this Website i got many things great from splendia member ..room up grade..free breakfast,late check out,special gifts and more .splendia is my 1st choice when booking a hotel.

We have spent a night at a hotel in Prague. According to booking confirmation 108.42 should be charged for the night. To make it short, the cost for the night at least werde 141.80. After I mailed splendia, they checked the invoice and informed me that 27.00 € (deposit) have been charched twice. The remaining difference between the original price and the paied price (because of the exchange rate - the hotel charged the price in the national currency via visa - even though the hotel ivoice was just 109 €) was ignored. Though Splendia has got in contact with the hotel with regard to return of the deposit. Up to now, I have got back anything.
If was an expensive fun and absolutely the first and last time that I have booked with Splendia.

Makes sense to book through Splendia, good value, service excellent. Points awarded off next booking, would recommend.

everything about Splendia is super amazing. The website is user friendly and I can easily find exactly the hotel I need.

The images, the search options and specially the private sales on the website are why I always search splendia first!
