Avoid avoid. They sent a faulty BMW car for £150, the replacement had the same fault and then they sent another one in error. I have tried for 2 months for them to collect these 3 cars for a refund with lots of wasted time and I now contact my credit card.

Trampoline-missing parts
Trampoline arrived and decided to put up at the weekend a few days after arriving. I soon realised when I laid all the parts out things were missing (All springs, bolts etc) I contacted them and they said they would send missing parts out but I wasn't sure what else was missing so the next day rang for a refund and collection. They agreed and picked up the trampoline and a week later received a refund. I ordered from another company and 48 hours later it arrived and was complete. Two happy kids now!

Whilst I was helped by the office staff, the delivery & condition of packaging of the original order which led to damage which was rectified after weeks of chasing.
It was finally sorted to a amicable arrangement.

Great buy with excellent after sales support. There were a couple of small parts missing and after emailing I received the parts promptly. Superb home gym, easy to assemble and works great. All the family are using it now and I'll soon be looking like Arnie!

I would never purchase anything from…
I would never purchase anything from this company again. I wish I had researched them on trust pilot before I did. Bought a spin bike last year, and I’ve had to have one part in particular replaced 5 times. They won’t take the bike back (and this was before warranty run out!!) and are extremely frustrating to deal with. Dont buy from here.

The bed is amazing!
The bed is amazing!! It’s very comfortable for my clients, it’s wider than my old bed and it’s still quite light. My only peeve is that you have to take the legs off every time you are folding it away which is tedious.

Wrong item delivered, late delivery, no apology, and not a great quality trampoline with broken parts before we started to assemble. Very poor customer service. AVOID!

I ordered a pool table from Sport and…
I ordered a pool table from Sport and leisure uk on Saturday. It was dispatched on Monday and was delivered today (Tuesday) So it was next day delivery as promised on their website. I emailed them as soon as I received their dispatched email and they responded within 10 mins with details of the courier and the tracking number.
The pool table is in excellent condition. No missing parts and all works as it should.
I was worried reading all the bad reviews, but for me I can't fault the service.

Cheap quality slate bed pool table, worst customer service
Cheap quality pool table, faulty, cloth like a thick pile wooly carpet, unplayable and worst customer service you can imagine.
Will not acknowledge that the pool table is faulty despite videos and photos and even tho its less than 14 days since purchase have said i have to pay for the return and i will not get a full refund because its been played on? What a joke.
Worst company ever, cheap chinese rubbish, avoid at all costs.

Awful customer service experience
Awful customer service experience. My golf cart started malfunctioning, the controls were letting water in, and it took months to get replacement parts, they refused to replace it. Wont be recommending. It says 5 star warranty, rubbish!
