Absolutely terrible company! Avoid at all costs !

Bought a home gym for £500, six weeks later and the missing parts (of which there are many) have still not arrived.

Impossible to talk to an actual person, e-mail response is limited and takes forever to respond.

Have asked for tracking number and currier details , no response.

Save your money and do not buy from them.

I read the bad reviews after buying a 8 foot trampoline, which I don't normally do with websites I have never used. I can safely say i didn't have a problem, the trampoline arrived within 2 working days and had all the parts.
The website DOES say that due to high demand, some purchases may take longer to arrive.

Bought a spin bike for £249, used it for about a month and a half. In that time the belt came off countless times, it’s completely unsteady. I have emailed at least 10 times, to only receive silly little responses such as ‘please find the fix here...(YouTube video attached)’

Only for this video to not even been for the spin bike I ordered but instead an ordinary exercise bike.

I had already fixed the bike anyway multiple times, yet still it always comes off. I am below the maximum weight, that isn’t the issue.

Not only the issue with the belt, but the suspension spring in centre of the bike does not adjust as described.

I am appalled by the customer service at this place, I get that Covid is happening and staff is short, but this is ridiculous.

If my issue isn’t sorted soon I will be taking it even further.

As for your reply to this, I replied to that email stating I was now following the complaints procedure as your websites terms and conditions state. It’s also been over 80 hours since I sent that email, so your 24 hour reply system clearly doesn’t work either. However you respond on here, so perhaps you could allow someone to call me on the number I have provided multiple times.

This company is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is appalling, i have been in contact with them for 2 months now regarding a treadmill that i ordered. The treadmill was faulty so i wrote to them, they took ages to reply. They eventually they got back to me and said they would send out a replacement part. The part came weeks later and still the treadmill was faulty and not fit for purpose. I asked for the treadmill to be uplifted and for a full refund. They said to package the treadmill and they would rectify this. I am still waiting and now they don’t reply to emails! I will be reporting this company, i want my money refunded! All emails promptly answered. Only downside was the delivery information was a vague and I didn't get any notification from the courier as to arrival date . Fortunately I was home, but could just as easily been at work with no-one there to receive it

Ordered over Easter weekend and was still delivered on the day after the bank holiday! Thank you!

Treadmill purchased last august, running deck board has broken, contacted company who advised they would send out a new board (over 2 weeks ago) for me to replace. Advised I wasn’t fully confident of dosing to is as. I am not a treadmill engineer, they advised they would not send one out due to covid which is fair enough. Also asked for replacement treadmill or refund and both were denied on the grounds of “having had it for 7 months”!!
Don’t think they fully grasp the whole “fit for purpose” legality behind the sale of goods act as of yet.
Still the replacement part has not been received yet and now emails are being ignored. This is obviously not over but at the moment I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere as the treadmill could possibly break within 7 months and the customer care at this moment is abysmal!
Will update if I ever get it resolved!

I was so worried after ordering a trampoline and then reading the reviews on trustpilot however I honestly can't complain, price was good, delivered when they said they would. Will order from them again 😁

I ordered a trampoline as a present for my children. It was delivered before Easter, however there was a faulty / and missing part. The company is not taking phone calls and all correspondence is by email. After contacting them by email, they didn’t respond straight away. When they did reply I was informed that a replacement part had been ordered (1.4.21). To date I have not received the replacement parts not had a resonance from my two further emails now chasing a refund.

Equipment sent without all parts. Nearly a month awaiting for missing parts to be sent. Customer service contact is just below worst I’ve ever experienced.
Was told two weeks ago they ordered them, still nothing arrived and no replies to the emails. They switch off phone lines and don’t reply to emails. We will be reporting it as we’ve paid £500 for gym and we can’t use it, neither they won’t reply to we can return it. Honestly, stay away because it’s a terrible company and don’t comply with Consumer Rights Act.

I bought a 14ft trampoline off this company 3 days ago and it came within 2 days. Now when i ordered this i checked reviews and most of them were bad so i had my doubts but when it got here it was easy to put up and is now working great so i give it 5 stars and i would happily order from here again

The service from from both the company and courier were fine. The tramopline is great now it has been put up but not the easiest to put up. We bought the 10 ft size and took us several hours to erect. Part of the instructions could have been made clearer.
The only other issue we had was 3 x triangle metal parts on the trampoline mat where the springs get attached, were not threaded through the fabric of the mat correctly. This meant we had to open them up, rethread correctly and then close then up again. This delayed us by 40 mins in completing the tramopline.
Now it is up, the children love it.

Great company, delivered quickly and no problems whatsoever. Would definitely use again.

Customer service is extremely bad, next to non. I bought trampoline for£249 but when queried repair under guarantee (after 2 months from the purchase) never got answer. After about ten emails I was asked for order number again again. They do not answer telephone.... Would not buy from this company again.

FANTASTIC !! this was a present for my son and I had left it late however it arrived in super quick time delivery was as said and even a replacement spring was sorted super quick. I would and have already recommended Sportandleisure .

I am writing another review as I responded to the email send almost straight away and still now I have no response. I would just like the broken equipment I sent collected and a refund this is taking far to long for something that should be so simple to resolve. I am very disappointed with the service received.

Brought a trampoline 2/3 boxes arrived. Company haven sent the 3rd boxes after I've been chasing for 2 weeks. Courier never received it either. Asked for a return label and I've been ignored. This company is a joke. ombudsman contacted and i will be taking it further.

still no collection of my faulty item and still no refund!! I ring and ring and nobody picks up! We were told on 9th April that collection would be the 12th, now it’s the 13th and we are STILL waiting!! Reported to the police has fraudsters!!!

Purchased a spin bike at the start of the year, resistance adjustment lasted less than 2 months, took over a week for a replacement part which was also faulty, been out of action for a month, still waiting on a working part as "not entitled to a refund".

More than happy with the product came in well packaged
To avoid any damage
Would definitely order from the company again for any future sporting goods
