Returns got lost in the warehouse and you can say goodbye to your refund

Everything went smooth. Got what i ordered, great prices.

I ordered a jacket 4 months ago. Unfortunately, it was defective so I returned it. I ordered the same jacket, and received literally the exact same defective unit.
I returned it once again, and sportano.bg representatives have lost the parcel when returning it to the Polish warehouse. So, over 2 months now I am left with no refund and no information about the status of the return claim. I am told to wait for a resolution on the outcome of some internal logistics operators - but why do I care for this? I did my part - you do yours now.
I have submitted a chargeback to my bank and complaints to local authorities. Sportano's representatives are ignorant and utterly useless. I hope they get replaced by AI, but I sure know I won't be ordering from Sportano ever again.

They do not send paid goods.
No tracking.
No refund

Goods never shipped.
No money refunded.

Very fast delivery time (3-4days)
And the package was in high quality, not even destroyed, all though the payment thing was a bit complicated, but we got over it!

Do not even think about them!!! Especially do not pay anythink in advance!! They're cheating! No money no order at the end!

SCAM! They sent me a a package that had a broken seal where it said "Do not accept if the seal is broken". After I inquired, they said it's not their problem because the carton box it was packed in was not damaged.

They are selling goods that were used and/or returned for the full price as it was new. Avoid as much as you can! Customer service is also horrible.

I received my order in 9 days and that was just fine. The product though is defective. So i tried to reach sportano gr. by phone and mails plus the complaint form. After several trials its clearly that greek customer sevice is fake. I send a cpuple of mails to sportano pl. and of course nothing happened. Consider that i dont ask for refound but for replacement. Its somehow a disgraceful behaviour because i didnt buy a noname product from a street market for a few euros and i can throw it in garbage.It looks like "we took the money , you can cut your throte" situation. Stay away!!!!

I got my delivery in 2 days, so I'm happy. There was no problem with partial return. So yea, I will come back later to Sportano.

Totally untrustworthy, placed order and paid with PayPal on October 9th, received confirmation mail, great so far, next day Oct. 10th, courier(DPD) picked up my order, blah blah, Oct. 23rd still no update, no picking up phone, no replying to emails, both seller and courier. Currently waiting for my refund haha
Please save your precious money and time and DON'T buy anything from there, most likely a scam.

This is either a scam or a completely untrustworthy e-shop. I ordered a jacket from the Greek version of Sportano.gr on August 28th. Since September 2nd, the package has been lost. I tried contacting their Greek customer service through both phone and email but received no response.

I then emailed Sportano.com and was informed that the Greek customer service is not operational. Regarding my package, they told me it was lost somewhere in Hungary (it was supposed to be delivered to Greece). Despite numerous emails requesting the cancellation of my order and an immediate refund, they responded that, due to their internal procedure for lost items and pending feedback from the courier, they could not process a refund until they received more information.

As a result, after a month and a half, 10 emails, and several unanswered calls, I have neither received my order nor the refund I requested. I strongly advise against using this site for purchases.

My experience with the store sportano.pl turned into a madhouse for 5 days. The following Friday, I had a trip planned to a place with many hiking trails. For this trip, I decided in advance, on Sunday evening, to buy HOKA Transport GTX trekking shoes. The sportano.pl website has one unpleasant feature: before paying through GPay, it shows you your card details along with the address linked to GPay. You, unsuspecting, click "Pay" and only later realize that it wasn't just a display of your GPay details before payment, but also a selection of the address and delivery method, and you can't change anything afterward. Thus, against my will, I ended up stuck with DPD courier delivery, which, I repeat, I never choose for deliveries. Realizing that a mistake had been made and the purchase might go to the wrong address, I immediately wrote to sportano.pl support on Sunday. Just in case, I scheduled another email to be sent at 9:30 AM on Monday. In the morning, my friend and I started calling the support hotline, and with small breaks, we tried to reach them for 2 (!) hours. Finally, around 11:30 AM, I managed to get through to sportano.pl support. It turned out they still hadn't read my email, and instead of canceling the delivery to the wrong address (which I requested in two emails), they had sent the order through DPD to the incorrect address without even reading the emails. By the end of the day, they offered me an "easy way" to solve the problem: change the delivery address through the DPD website. I must say, the old and new addresses are only two kilometers apart, and for a while, I truly believed that changing the address through the DPD website would help. Eventually, I received an email from DPD with the parcel number only at 12:56 AM on Tuesday. I read it at 5 AM, got the PIN, and changed the address. I received a confirmation of the address change only on Thursday at 7 AM, and the delivery was scheduled for Friday, the day I was leaving early in the morning. As a result, I am now walking around rainy Lądek-Zdrój in summer sneakers with wet feet, while my HOKA Transport GTX shoes are gathering dust somewhere in a DPD warehouse near Warsaw. It would have cost sportano.pl nothing to cancel the order to the wrong address and place a new one on Monday morning, but they preferred to do nothing and simply lie to me in multiple emails, claiming that their system didn't automatically insert the wrong address. I don't want to deal with this staff again.

I highly dont recommend buying from this website. You cant leave review on products, because they can choose to publish it or not. Additionally if you decide to return product you will get less money than you spent. And lastly it is impossible to reach out with the support

I ordered two pair of slides,i paid for them and i received just one.The customer service sent me a video of a warehouse worker packed a package with 2 slides but the package number is not visible.They mishandled my package and they don’t send me the other pair of slides what i did pay for.

No response to my emails regarding the missing order. Despite DPD Poland confirming that the parcel is lost, Sportano continues to ignore my messages or issuing a refund. There is no other way to reach them.

After reading many poor reviews I was in doubt whether order from the store or not. After checking the glasses that I wanted from their shop, I noticed that they have a pay at delivery option. So I thought why not - didn't risk anything. My order was shipped next morning and it got to my home in couple days with DPD. Everything was superb.

I've only read all the negative reviews here after I ordered several pairs of running shoes from their German website. My experience with Sportano was positive though and as you'd expect it from an online store. The shoes arrived very quickly and returning them was free of charge. Also, prices were competitive. Through my account on their webstore I had a good overview of my order and return. Also the hotline answered promptly and was friendly and supportive. From my experience I can't understand why so many people seemed to have issues.
Why only 4 stars? After I've sent the shoes back the account didn't immediately show my return but it took almost a couple of weeks. The refund of the money took also a bit longer than I would usually expect. In the end everything worked out though. I will order there again and would recommend the shop to my friends as well.
