I ORDERED MY PARCEL ON 01/05/24, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I HAVE SENT A LOT OF EMAILS TO CONTACT EMAIL , BUT NO ONE ANSWERS AND FURTHERMORE THE HAVEN'T REFUND ME THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE.

I purchased a down jacket that arrived quickly. however the size was incorrect. they promise free returns within 30 days, but it is impossible to do so because on their shipping site you can't select Italian addresses for the sender. furthermore they have no customer service: they don't answer emails and on their italian telephone number there is only music that goes on forever

Products' description is not accurate on their website. You order, then you notice the product is different, you want to return the product but you have to pay the return fee yourself + sportano blocks the money refund for no reason. On the website it says MAX 14 days, the period had passed and still no money received.

What a completely crap attitude, this will definitely be my last time buying here! Who wants the trouble to just get postponed by these people? some other online retailers refund you immediately, these jokers need 2 weeks and still aren't able to refund you.

Terrible customer service, save your money and buy elsewhere!

Very long delivery time, much more than presented on their website when I made the acquisition. Very rude customer service. Do not buy from them even if the best price - it's not worth the trouble. I certainly will not use them again.

In two days, I received the ordered product in impeccable, precise, recyclable packaging. Fantastic store, lots of products, excellent prices, attractive promotions, very fast delivery, fair attitude, continuous information about the status of the order. I can only recommend!

I made a return order that took 2 months to get resolved. Not only that it take so much time to be finalized, but I also had to reach out to Sportano team countless times to make sure that my return was being finalized. My product was returned to them on the 10th of August, and the order of reimbursement was finalized by them on the 4th of October. Bad client service, bad handling of ordinary situations and I also doubt their products.

I made an order one month ago and still received nothing! I wrote them many email asking for updates but they told me that my order was cancelled first and then that it seemed to be arrived at destination… i am still waiting for it or a refund! Very bad customer care. A totally delusion!!

I would not recommend this company as they do not honour returns. Cycling top tried on once over base layer was too big so returned tags attached in same packaging. They say they will not refund as the top shows signs of use and has a strange smell! Impossible was never used and returned in same packaging ! Does not reply to my response to them so I will be taking a complaint to the Office for the Consumer.

Fast shipping to Krakow and great price. Would be cool if they add shipping to paczkomat.

I am writing this review for sportano.ro which sells from Poland anyway so it's the same thing. Products are good quality but I am giving it 1 star for the horrible return products experience. It was my fault that I did not read their return products procedure. I had to call FanCourier myself and pay 120 lei for the shipment. It's amazing that a company that is featured in the news and wants to do e-commerce does not have a system in place with others offering easy return options in such a competitive market. After 14 days of not being reimbursed I called customer support a few days in a row and I was even lied to (the money was stuck in Poland on the bank side). After 19 days I finally got my reimbursement minus 20 ron. The invoice stated full sums for all items but the total was 20 lei lower... The transfer was from a Romanian bank and not a Polish bank like customer support stated. Avoid buying from sportano .ro if you value your customer experience.
