Their store in Southampton was immaculate, well lit, and comfortable. It has great facilities (table seating, changing areas, toilets, and refreshments). With their Try on or Buy I was able to ensure all the items I was after were in store.
I was served by Stuart who was excellent and very knowledgeable! An item size was out of stock, but Stuart called their Preston store to have it delivered.

Outstanding customer service!
After an issue with a pair of klim gloves breaking, sportsbikeshop returned them and offered a replacement or refund. I elected for a refund and then spent it on replacements through SBS. I am extremely satisfied with the way I was dealt with and am very confident in purchasing again with them! Thanks a lot!!
