Superb service from Superbikeshop. Visted the store in Harlow to collect a rucksack that was price matched with a saving of £50 and also left with a new helmet (saving of £80) and a second helmet ordered online. The guy who helped with helmet fitting (sorry, can’t remember his name!) was extremely knowledgable and was excellent. Big thanks to him from ‘Neanderthal’ head and ‘tiny’ head!!!

Yet another example of SportsBikeShops, outstanding customer service. Item ordered late on Sunday afternoon 6/9/26. Arrived Tuesday 8/9/26 at 15.30.
However, item was damaged in transit. Informed SBS at 15.45. Replacement arrived on Wednesday 9/9/26 at 10.30.
slightly, over 18 hours. Amazing service and the reason that I don't go anywhere else, if SBS stock what I am looking for.

This company has been great to communicate with, my order unfortunately was needed to be ordered from the supplier. They ensured to email me with updates throughout and was honest and very helpful throughout.

The team at SBS is always brilliant and certainly my preferred place to get all of my motorcycle gear. All of the staff in any store or on the phone are always helpful and have great knowledge about the products. Prices here are always great and if there is a lower price elsewhere on a UK competitor website, they'll match it, terms and conditions apply of course. :-)
