Before this, I had only purchased online tickets from Ticketmaster and knew nothing about this company. I was flying from Israel to Portugal for a football match and feared that if this was a scam I'd look like a fool in front of my kid outside the stadium. I took a chance. I placed the order with SportEvents365. I got my pdf and printed it out and off to Portugal I went. I handed the ticket taker my printout. He held it before the scanner and the gate opened for us. The tickets were good. It was all legitimate. No problems at all. TY SportsEvents365.

I am a travel agent and bought tickets for Interlagos F1 for myself and my clients, and it worked perfect. I was able to secure all the tickets even thought they were sold out in the official F1 channel. When I bought, the website already said I would receive the tickets on a date closer to the event, so I was not worried. About a week before the event we were all able to print our tickets. Everything worked just fine and the event was amazing! I will keep buying with 365 and recommending it to my customers.

For my birthday, my mother bought a £125 ticket on my Matchroom account using her debit card for the Dave Allen fight. However, 365 has incorrectly printed the ticket in my mother’s name. On the day I bought it, I rang and also emailed concierge events365 com about this issue, and they assured me that I would be able to change the name once the ticket was printed. The problem is that the ticket now says it is not transferable.

I contacted concierge events365 com again last night but have had no reply. The event is on Saturday, so I’m worried and annoyed. I called Sheffield’s Utilita Arena, and they said I might need a letter of transfer, but at such short notice I doubt that’s possible.

Right now if you visit their website, you find tickets for CAF Nation League but that those tickets are yet to be released

I received few days before event and everything worked perfectly. Person entered in contact with me, telling about tickets, how to use… I really recommend and it’s not my first time buying it! I bought 3 times for different events (soccer matches) in different countries.

Highly recommend the service! I received excellent support from Eugenia Melo, form Brazil, when purchasing two tickets for a soccer game at San Siro Stadium in Milan. The clients truly enjoyed the experience, and accessing the stadium was seamless thanks to all the clear and detailed information provided in advance by email.

Payed 1180.00 for tickets for them only to cancel at there end zero zero help please avoid

We were scammed of €1200 that we paid for Oasis tickets. Tickets were never transferred to us. Events 365 are still trying to scam us, suggesting that they were send.

Bought 2 tickets for Lazio vs Verona, the tickets given did not scan and refusing refund, ignored emails, shocking customer serviced wouldn’t even bother trying again, appalling

I purchased tickets for the Serbia–Slovenia basketball game through sportskidogadjaji.com (their local partner in Serbia – Aqua Travel, Belgrade), which operates under Sports Events 365.
Tickets were bought more than 3 months in advance, but delivered only 72–24 hours before the event.
I ended up paying 5 times the face value without being informed in a transparent way.
Seats cannot be chosen and you receive the worst positions despite the excessive price.
During purchase, the website even showed “no tickets available” and then suddenly released exactly the number I needed – clearly a deceptive trick to push buyers into overpaying.
I trusted this company because it presents itself as a serious international brand, but my experience was extremely negative.
Stay away and do not trust them!

Bought tickets for Aston Villa Vs Tottenham for the 18th May at 2pm. The time got changed to 3:30. no drama really. After that I was confident the date was sorted and wouldnt have been a problem. then it gets changed again. to two days earlier. Which I now have something planned. (A funeral). In which I can't go to the football game. No refunds. they try and sell the tickets. don't tell you if they sell or not unless you chase them. just pure scamming people. if they do sell. You don't get the full amount back. you get nearly half if that. All contact numbers don't work on their site. This is my first time using this company to purchase football tickets and it will be my last. SCAMMING PEOPLE SINCE 2006.
