Bought tickets for the Scotland France six nations game. In May 2024, nine months before they were released. It was a bit of a leap of faith but Sports Events 365 came though as promised with the tickets. Happy to use again.

I recently purchase a ticket for Denmark vs Portugal match on 20th March, 2025. It was an amazing experience. The team from SportsEvents365 constantly stayed in touch regarding delivery of e-tickets and also clarified doubts. I got my tickets 48 hrs before match as is with UEFA tournaments.

The football ticket site Sports Events 365 is reliable and accurate. I bought 2 tickets from them for the match of the round of 16 of the Champions League between Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid on 12.3.2025, including a tour of the museum and the stadium of Atlético Madrid. First of all, the communication and service with them were fast, excellent and efficient. For every question I asked Danny from customer service on the phone, I received an answer even before I received the tickets. When I landed in Madrid 4 days before the game, I already received all The e-tickets for Mile 2 for the game and 2 for the tour of the museum and the stadium. We did a tour two days before the game and it was amazing. The entrance with the tickets for both the tour and the game was smooth and fast until we got to our adjacent seats that we really booked. I bought tickets for KK Partizan basket match. The tickets where send the same day of the match, which I was told was quite normal for these games.

I will happily buy from Sportsevents again, and are basically just writing this to confirm to others that it actually works :)

Purchased tickets advertised at one price then received an email saying they were several hundred dollars more expensive before receiving an additional email that they weren't available. Waste of time.

We had a brilliant experience at Anfield for this match, It was our sons first time in Anfield and we needed 3 tickets, Idan from Sports Event 365 worked so hard to get us our 3 seats together and he worked his magic we are all so grateful to him and all for a brilliant time. Thanks again.

Me personally bought euroligue basketball tickets and were delivered on time as promissed 72 hours before the event in Beograd.So for me ok.Heather from headquarters answered my questions the same day and helped.

Bought tickets on the site. The official tickets were not released to the public yet, I'm not sure how they are selling them but that's ok. Even if the tickets were not yet released I couldn't cancel them. The next thing they offer is to sell the tickets for you. When you agree to sell the tickets they don't have any obligation to notify you if they sold the tickets, also if they didn't sell the tickets they are not sending them to you. So you don't know if they sold the tickets and you don't get them, in that case they can sell the tickets and don't tell you anything.

I highly recommend 365 tickets. I’ve bought it several times. Easy to buy, super attentuve staff and everything as contracted.

This company is not trustworthy. I bought my ticket for the Show 3 weeks in advance. But to my surprise, they sent me an email saying that the price had changed and that I would need to pay more. And the money I had already paid was not returned to my account. Furthermore, I discovered that I had not purchased a "ViP" area as they sell on the website to deceive you. But I was still going to find out... because I decided to pay the extra to be able to go to the event. The ticket was supposed to arrive between 24h and 72h as they promised.... it arrived 4 hours before the Event. And what was supposed to be a special day turned into a nightmare. The ticket they sent me contained the amount they had paid! 145 pounds. But they charged me 350 pounds!!! Yes, absurd. With the excuse that it was a VIP area. Because it wasn't a VIP area! and I stayed in a chair far away that I could have bought myself on the day! as there were plenty of tickets on the Event's official website, yet. Greed and lack of respect for the customer is above all in this company. Be careful.!

Experience was perfect. Tickets recieved in good time before Roland Garros semifinal and final/2024, and quick respons on email and whatsapp from Eugenia. This is the second time we have trusted the service provided, as last year we saw Tottenham versus City in London.

I recently purchased two tickets for a local team game through this reseller. Positively, the tickets arrived two days before the Game and the seats were even next to each other, which isn’t always a given. Neutrally, it should be noted that the tickets were more expensive than buying them directly from the event organizer. Overall, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Good experience for those willing to pay a bit more for convenience.

It was a great experience. My ticket was sent on time and the seat inside the stadium was very good. I am very pleased and will definitely use it again.

We had a great family experience in the Bernabeu Stadium watching Real Madrid.

Everything went the way we expected, the communication was great, no problems, fast answers to emails, correct information on point and in the end great seats so we could hear the ball crushing into the goal net.

We were very pleased with the whole service from 365. It was certainly a case of value for money and you get what you pay for. We will happily use 365 again.

I have never used this company before and felt very nervous! I bought tickets for the France/England six nations game. They assured me I would get my tickets within 72 hours of the event and I think I got them 84 hours before the event which, as I had to get a plane to Lyon, meant I definitely knew it wasn’t going to be a wasted trip! Fantastic service and excellent communication. Would definitely use again.

Purchased x2 BHAFC V AC ROMA tickets for Rome leg. Was told 100% guarantee of getting in but not to wear colours/flags as tickets would be in home team end. Turned up turnstiles and was turned away ( despite not wearing colours or flags) as our passports showed UK address. Called SPORTS EVENTS 365 from outside stadium and they said they didn't know what to do!!! Had paid £££ for tickets + flights/trains hotels...Ended up begging with BHAFC away team gate to be allowed in. WOULD NOT USE THIS SITE AGAIN

I had a very disappointing experience with Sport Events 365. They failed to deliver the correct tickets for the event I purchased, and despite reaching out for help to rectify the mistake, their customer service was unhelpful and provided no assistance whatsoever. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the entire experience frustrating and stressful. I would advise others to be cautious when using Sport Events 365 for ticket purchases as they may not receive the level of service or accuracy they expect.
