Very impressed. I am an American tourist in London who wanted to go to the Millwall game, and Sports Events 365 was great. They emailed me the day of the match and gave me very precise instructions on where at the stadium to pick up my tickets. The tickets were legit, didn’t cost too much, and the pick-up process was very easy. On top of that, the match was great, and Millwall won 2-1! This is a great ticket service.

We bought 4 tickets for Benfica v liverpool this week. We paid more than £1000. We had our 2 children with us. Total scam. When we got to the seats (the barcode let us into the stadium), the seats were occupied. 2 by season ticket holders and 2 by people who had bought from the club.
This website went through the whole process of getting all the details required by the club. They didn't use them. The people in the seats showed us the real tickets on their phones and they had their actual names on!
We contacted the website. They have said they are talking to their CEO about it. As if the CEO deals with this! We are going to go legal and public. Utter, utter disgrace.

We have since spoken to them. They were very apologetic and have promised us a full refund for all 4 tickets which they are going to process first thing Monday morning. Apparently, they have sold many tickets for the same game and they say there was a possible glitch with the Benfica system where they duplicate a sale accidentally. They were keen to stress that they didn't have this problem with any of their other sales... The conversation was really positive and so, we don't have a reason to doubt them. All's well that ends well.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was searching a lot of trustful ticket resellers and I know this info will be helpful to others.
I decided to get tickets to UCL game two days prior the game Liverpool- Benfica. My hopes were low since I was visiting Lisbon and Liverpool is my favorite team but I decided to go with this company and all I can say they gifted one of the greatest experiences of my life!!
I was afraid to be scammed, because of all the bad reviews I’ve heard about other companies but my experience with sportsevents365 been totally amazing - getting confirmation letter in seconds, follow up info, I had questions so I messaged their whatsapp number and got message pretty quickly.
It was a big game and I got tickets without any fuss and had amazing night. Totally trust them,company gives out very human touch and in the future I will used them for sure.

I got 2 tickets to the France vs. England six nations fixture at the Stade de France via Sports Events 365. I was nervous about buying tickets second hand but my experience was completely seamless. I immediately received confirmation of my order and a guarantee, and then more than 48 hours before the match, I received my e-tickets. Despite the fact that the website is quite basic, this seems like a very professional company.

Service was effective, polite and personal. I was given the mobile number of a top executive that answered my questions and provided solutions in a timely fashion.
Tickets to the football game were located exeactly as described and were provided my when they were expected.

Sport Events 365 managed the impossible and found 6 adjacent very decent seats for the Six Nations final in Paris only three weeks prior to the game. This allowed me to organise a last-minute corporate event that delighted my clients and prospects.
It’s an unusual purchasing process which might confuse a bit. Michael and his team are trying to match demand and offer in a flexible way, so that it was not a stock of tickets you just download and pay. Eventually the service was fantastic, from an initial promise of 3x2 seats, we ended up with 6 seats in a row, great for me. And the seating/viewing quality was what I was hoping for.
No worries neither, the invoice was sent right away and tickets were e-mailed 3 days before the event, as stated on their site. You kind of feel you need to place some trust in the organisation, but for the better in our case. Michael communicated by WhatsApp to keep me posted.
The price might be high, but again, it’s offer and demand, and for my business the investment was worth it. For you to juge.

Excellent customer service. Even we were hopeless to find tickets teo days before the match, the team succeeded to find us also grouped for all the 4 of us! Amazing! We will definitely use them again!

SCAM I bought tickets to ajax champions league the payment went through I did not recieve my tickets after they said it sold out. I emailed to get a confirmation that my money will be refunded and have not got a response or my money returned.

We tried to buy tickets for the Scotland v Ukraine game and our card was declined 4 times then the website said that there were no tickets available and we were unable to purchase. We later received an email to say that we had actually purchased tickets from you, but this was only after we had purchased tickets elsewhere. Really disappointed with your website and the refusal to refund. Very poor service.

Can’t believe I had bought 6 tickets to a game and the game was rescheduled and I was flying in from another country and I was horrified I couldn’t get a refund when they had rescheduled the game? I was flying in specifically for that game and now I’m left with nothing. Would rate 0 stars if I could

Don't buy tickets from them. They don't send you tickers on time & charge delivery fee for nothing

I made a family package to Abu Dhabi for watching the grate event of Formula1.
I was helped by the traveler agent Yori Eden from Tiketingo (I didn’t know them before). Yori was grate, a real professional agent, had a lot of patients to all my questions and concerns (via COVID 19 etc…), he was very proactive in order to inform me about any changes or news in regard of everything. He was available for me at any time and respond quickly to all my calls. Finally, the tickets to the F1 event were real (not fake…) and exactly where we wanted them. The hotel was perfect as same as the shuttles. Thank you Yori!!!

I Purchased tickets at the website for PSG - Manchester city - The price and the usage was easy and clear.
At the day after I got an email for ticket confirmation - and announced that the tickets will be deliver 2 day's before the game.
Exactly on time the tickets arrived to my hotels (for this game it was required hard copy) - and it was great.
It's my first time for me and my son at such game - and when we had some questions the web site support answered for any of our question very fast and confirmed that is all OK - and guided us when we needed it.

It was great experience to work with Sport Events 365 - and definitely will use it again and recommend it to anyone !!!
