Well, well, well, where do I start?

I've been using Sports Interaction for quite a while now, I've enjoyed it ALOT. There are good days, and there are bad days. I've been having a super bad day today, UNTIL I spoke with Rylee. My day went from NAY to YAY. Rylee is a super professional, polite, tentative & courteous employee. She went above and beyond to ensure complete overall satisfaction on my end and honestly, it's employees like THIS that will set you apart from the other sportsbook sites. It's employees like THIS that have kept me coming back to this site for nearly a decade. Hats off to Rylee, im a very happy customer right now, remember, every little bit of appreciation towards us loyal customers keeps us coming BACK. That $50 here, $100 there, $25 there isn't a ton of money, but we DO notice it. We DO feel and see the appreciation and we WILL come back to play over and over again. I am living proof of that. Keep showing me appreciation, and I will keep showing mine. You shake my hand, I shake yours.

Shoulda read reviews about this site before I joined. Gave it a couple of well financed sessions but nothin came about each and every single time. Bonus rounds pretty much non existent. They say in gambling you lose, but this site had it down to an art. Dont be fooled by what they say, they’re just interested in your deposits, from what Ive read anyways. Avoid at All costs. Youll find enjoy better gameplay elsewhere.

So, multiple times I have gone to make bets and thought they were placed. I go to check my results knowing that I have won and my bet was never place? Has this happened to anyone else. Also, on about 80% of my bets, once I see the odds, I place my bet and then by the time my bet registers the odds go down just before the bet registers. Not once has the odds gone up. Lastly, I asked their customer service why old bets never clear from the betting que to prevent mistakes and they did not have an answer for this. I am filing a formal compliant with AGLC in Alberta to look into this betting site. I would encourage others that have experience shady actions from this site to do the same.

Great site with fast pay outs

As someone who initially trusted SportsInteraction as a reputable Canadian bookmaker, I feel compelled to share my experience and warn others about some highly questionable practices that seem to intentionally disadvantage their customers, especially when it comes to their welcome bonus.

Let me be clear: I am not here complaining because I’ve been winning bets and am now on the losing side. I’ve actually had my fair share of losses. But what I’ve encountered with SportsInteraction goes beyond personal results. The issue lies in how they intentionally make it impossible for customers to win or even keep their funds—particularly when it comes to their welcome bonus.

Here’s what happened: I deposited $200 to claim a $250 welcome bonus, bringing the total to $450. The terms stated that I needed to wager 6 times that amount, which is $2700, within 60 days to be eligible to keep the bonus funds. However, after placing just a few bets, SportsInteraction limited my max bet to $26.75, and for some games, it was even less—$12.49. This means that, to meet the $2700 wagering requirement, I would need to place over 100 bets in a 60-day period. Let that sink in: Over 100 bets, with most of them capped at ridiculously low amounts, making it virtually impossible to complete the bonus requirements fairly.

It’s not just about being on the losing side of the bets—this practice is designed to trap players. I came into this with the expectation of getting a fair shot at the bonus, but instead, it’s clear that SportsInteraction has structured the system to ensure that it’s nearly impossible for players to benefit.

What’s even more outrageous is that this isn’t some offshore, unregulated platform. SportsInteraction is a Canadian bookmaker, and as such, it is subject to Canadian laws and regulations that require them to operate fairly, transparently, and with consumer protection in mind. Instead, they’ve implemented a system that feels more like a Ponzi scheme, where players are set up to fail from the outset.

So, if you’re considering signing up with SportsInteraction or any similar bookmaker, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Be aware of the wagering requirements and the deceptive practices that may trap you in a bonus scheme where you never stand a chance of winning or even keeping your funds. These are not the actions of a trustworthy bookmaker.

I’m sharing this to make others aware of how SportsInteraction operates. Don’t make the mistake I did. They may not be operating within the spirit of Canadian consumer protection laws, and it’s time we hold them accountable for these unfair practices.

I deposited 200, and they immediately suspended my account...Now they are asking for a bunch of banking info for my withdrawal. I gave them all the info I could(my bank doesnt have a swift code) they supposedly initiated a transfer, with a swift code that they must have made up, but now tell me it was declined, and im down 25$ for bank fees...I asked for an etransfer, but all they do is a wire transfer, so I have to create another bank account. I've got to wait until the end of March to get a bank statement. I'll update this until I get my money, or decide to admit defeat.😮‍💨

Worst ever...where to begin. Deposited $250 and opted in to the additional $250 of bonus money now I have to bet $2,500 approx before I can see any money pay out. Have to bet on 1.5 times odds in order to get the money down. Can't get the money on the bets I won because my money is tied into their bonus money....complete Pha King joke!!! Stay away from these clowns. I can't believe that Sportsnet Canada lets them sponsor!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Literally the worst platform I've ever played on. Casino is a joke. As a new user, most casinos want to entice you to play by paying a bit of money to say it paid. I deposited 400 dollars. Bet 2 dollar bets the entire time. Highest pay out was 40 dollars. And I got that once. Pays mostly under your bet. Worst payouts I've ever seen. Played the exact same game and not 1 bonus. Nothing. Just a site to take your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOUR MONEY CANADA

Absolute garbage customer service!!!!!! Site is an absolute scam and cons bettors by locking cash outs when they are about to pay a profit. My opinion for this site is anyone thinking of joining, DO NOT JOIN SITE.

Rylee was by far the nicest person to chat with and I felt she actually cared and wanted to correct the issue but sadly was above her. Would be great to deal with Rylee again instead of Ryan or any of the others I’ve had to deal with . 5 stars to Rylee

They are the biggest scam. They let you deposit but won’t let you play. I deposited then they close my account. insanely rigged stay the fook away at all costs. they don't even try to hide it- complaints are met with the standard oh it's RNG crap and audit crap. LIES> incredibly easy to tweak the source codes and change it right before any so called 'audit' FACTS. the outcomes you see here are simply impossible- we are talking things would never ever happen in a real land casino. conclusion- criminal enterprise that is somehow allowed to operate with impunity. rigged games, and if you somehow win even a paltry amount against incredible odds they will stall, lie and misdirect.

blatantly rigged. forget your 'feeling' this place is off just watch the results. blackjack in particular is insanely fraudulent. dealer got 21 every 2.3 hands out of 1187 hands played. how many for the player? every 98.2 hands. yes that's right those are not made up numbers at all. basically every 2 hands is dealer 21. not across 10 hands but nearly 1200 hands: different denominations and types. i've escalated this lets see what lies they come up with. this is a place to be avoided at all costs and needs to be shut down asap for straight up fraudulent games. there is nothing random
