I love Spoutible. I is a safe space. I can Spout my opinions without fear. The community is amazing.

Good engagement, no trolls, relevant posts. Nice community! The app has improved greatly since introduction, and provides a UX comparable with Twitter's.

I have found myself gradually shifting to Spoutible from the platform formerly known as Twitter. The vibe is just better, people more accommodating of different opinions, lots more stuff posted for simple fun and information.

Make It Your Own
The great thing about Spoutible is that YOU are the algorithm; YOU design your experience through "spouting" "echoing" and "quote-spouting" and who you follow. Interaction is great. Much more response than on other sites.
The owner, Christopher Bousy, is interactive with users and also firmly polite when you overstep the community standards.
Lots of great artists, music, photos and articles.

They say you can't go back again, but Spoutible captures some of the feel of the early days and community which formed on the Open Diary blogsite. Navigates similarly to Twitter, if Twitter auto-numbered your posts, let you edit for a time, and had more fun features on the horizon. <3 <3 <3

Signed up here after bailing on another that has turned into a cesspool. Spoutible seems to be populated with genuinely decent people, and they appear to take effective action against dis/misinformation trolls and other "problem children". Will be better once more accounts that I follow elsewhere join up here (and hopefully abandon the cesspool in the process). The main reason my rating isn't 5 star is that, as far as I can tell, they don't (seamlessly) support multiple user accounts (and account switching), as I prefer to keep separate accounts based on my interests. I'm ignoring all the 1 star reviews here as they all appear to be from the same pool of sheeple that play the misdirection game of blaming others for what they themselves are actually guilty of - you've all been caught and thrown back as unacceptable, now go away.

I joined Spoutible early when you could pre-register and then join. I appreciate the community there, where safety of the users is a priority. The site has been adding features regularly such as news sources, the ability to do threaded spouts, & to edit spouts. I like being able to decide what my own timeline will be instead of having the site 'curate' what they think I will/should want to see.

Many of us gravitated to Spoutible after our disenchantment with the Xitter platform. The creator of Spoutible has incorporated many of the features we enjoy from other platforms and has built an attractive, fun to use digital community environment. Multi-thread posting, multi-media content curation, and even cross posting to Bluesky and Mastodon happen smoothly on the platform. Spoutible just may become one of your handfull of go to media platforms alongside Facebook, Insta etc. once you find your niche digital neighborhood there. I also poke around Post News now and then but Spoutible ranks ahead of Bluesky and Threads with its extensive feature set, especially since the Xitter has become a mess. Try it out and see you there!

The Power & Beauty of Spoutible is that the majority of users are talking with each other and the environment includes everything from hard truths & concerns to news, education, culture, humor, music, creativity, photography, and genuine human caring etc
Mr Bouzy, his team and the Spoutible community work together to make Spoutible a safe space that is not over run by trolls & bigotry. Spoutible's Terms of Service are excellent & upheld. We the People are the ecosystem in the Spoutible ocean not an artificial algorithm.
Spoutible is growing in popularity, has some of the best features & tools around that empowers personal preference for your experience and serves your social media needs. AND !!! Spoutible has been adding more features and tools as Spoutible grows.

I've been on Spoutible since its public launch in February 2023.

The site does an excellent job of inclusion for marginalized communities, with no tolerance for misogyny, racism, homophobia, and other hate speech.

With Twitter getting worse by the day, I'd recommend giving Spoutible a try.

Spoutible is an awesome community of kind, thoughtful, diverse, and informative people. Besides using it instead of Twitter, I also use it as an alternative to FB. Spoutible is really a safe place to converse without the bots, the fake news, and the nasties.

Spoutible is a diverse community that is safe from trolls and bots. It is sometimes serious, sometimes silly, always fun. All topics--news, cooking, pets, politics, reading, you name it--are covered in a respectful way. There are daily photo themes and daily story themes where you write the short short story. What I like best is the diversity of its members, a way to learn from people whose perspective is different than my own. Those who want to be disruptive are quickly reported by users and suspended. It's a great place to hang out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic app and community!

Spoutible is a great place to be social online and catch up on news and other interests. It is a safe space with active community policing. Trolls and bots are not welcome there. I can only imagine the bad reviews here are from them. Spoutible is not going to put up with their shenanigans. Also there is no algorithms so you control your feed — select who you want to follow. If you don’t follow enough people then your feed will be very thin and not many people will see you either. Spoutible requires more work on your part but if you do the work your experience will be much better than on that old social media site. I enjoy adding new people to my feed and I like that news media are easy to follow. I have been here from the beginning and it has edged out all the other alternatives for me. Try it!

Spoutible is social media done right. We're safe from bots, we treat each other with respect, and WE are the algorithm. I'll never need to use another social media site. 'Nuff said.

Easy to join, don't have to wait to be invited. They have a handle on preventing bots, trolls, misinformation/disinformation. The platform is friendly peaceful and positive, as a whole, there are minimal haterators promoting hateration and although we don't all agree on every issue, 'constructive criticism' is welcomed.

It's very suspicious when people accuse Spoutible of not delivering a promise on new features. Spoutible has more features than the other platforms. Also, the site is carefully monitored for trolls and hate speech. So, if you want to harass women, minorities, gays, trans, Muslims, Jewish and Asian people, this isn't the site for you. That's the echo chamber, NO HATE speech.

The community is awesome; very active and supportive. It's the 1st SM site that I've felt safe and comfortable posting, commenting and joining in. Discussions and even differing views happen respectfully. Issues are communicated and resolved quickly and new fun features are rolled out on a regular basis.

I've tried them all and Spoutible is by far the best of the currently operating SM sites.
Been on it since it started and the people are quite simply terrific. Great Canadian presence as well.
Racism and bigotry aren't tolerated so if you're just looking to cause trouble then you're better off sticking with Elon's little sh*tshow.
