Avoid at all costs, items not as described, terrible returns policy

I had ordered what was presented as Hugo Boss polo T-shirt. Not only did the delivery not take 2-4 working days as described (it took over 10) but what has finally reached me is nowhere near even a mere attempt at faking Hugo Boss t-shirt.... Absultely disgusted at the cheat.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered jackets and sweaters and they fit perfectly. The material feels premium and comfortable.

Just wow! I’m honestly so impressed with Spraykis. The clothes look even better in real life, and the quality is amazing. Delivery was fast too. Highly recommend!

Clearly a dodgy website with names that lead you to suggest you are buying a designer item bought a T-shirt with Hugo in the description wrongly thinking it was Hugo boss be aware of the returns policy at £15 to return back to China product also took more than 10 days to arrive avoid at all costs

Seriously awful awful quality . Ordered jeans for my partner, wring size came however the quality is absolutely awful.
Would nit order agai ...total waste of money.

Perhaps the most unscrupulous online retailer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They should be closed down for complete non-adherence to UK laws on quality, right to cancel, right to refund and general “couldn’t care less” attitude to customers. Garment ordered was undersized and poor quality. Uk rep cited “policy” of buyer beware/size is your responsibility etc that did not align with what they say on the website (“hassle free returns!” ). I’m tempted to put a case into the small claims court. Whatever you do - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Item was described as Hugo Polo Shirt. When it arrived it is a make called Aiopeson. When I've checked these t-shirts sell on AliExpress for a tenner. I paid £35! Emailed and they advise I cannot have refund based on buyers remorse even though there website states this and the description to what I have received is correct. Refunds advise £15-£20 cost to return. Absolute & utter scam....avoid at all costs. I've contacted my bank to try to get refund and hopefully this website will get shutdown!

Sizes are shocking absolutely a scam says 30 day returns but never allow you to return anything

Im really pleased with these fantastic water proof outfits I bought two different colours and they've been amazing during these cold wet mornings, I highly recommended them.

Ordered boots which never arrived and the boots were refunded , I then received a threatening email stating they had proof that the boots had been delivered and that I make a bank transfer for the boots and that if I did not make the payment in 7 days then legal action will be taken against me !
Avoid this company at all costs as they are total scammers and I will be reporting this .

How this website is still allowed to operate and hasn't been shut down is a joke. This is the biggest ripoff website I've ever come across in my life. You cannot return items that arrive and are nothing like what you ordered.

I contacted my bank and reported the transaction as fraud and got a full refund, yall should do the same.

Do not use this company - they ask you to return the clothes to a warehouse in China which is crazy expensive! They do not state this on there website and they act as a local company with easy returns but that is not the case.

In line with almost everyone else, the product shipped did not match the description, was of appalling quality and was poorly sized. Not trusting that a return to China (at my own expense) would result in a refund, I opted for the 20% partial refund, binned the item and reminded myself to always double check before ordering. Avoid this retailer at all costs - cheap crap.

DONT GO THERE. Cheap rubbish not original picures. Liars.

Don't go to buy anything i ordered jacket and too small then contact them to refund and return they're not helping anything just pay 10%to keep stuff with and so bad service

Whatever you do DO NOT BUY from this company. Quality appalling and you will not get your money back. BE WARNED!!!
